Had our Precor elliptical serviced today by Max. Scheduling was easy (Sam was great), Max was prompt, professional, courteous and competent. Our machine is working great. Thank you Mercury Fitness Repair!

Great customer service and rapid, professional turnaround. They shipped (new) repair parts out to me the same day, and I received them the following day as promised. Would definitely go back to them for future parts orders.

These folks are not reliable. They came out and repaired my Precor Elliptical. It had a loud knocking sound.every rotation that would come and go. Repair person did the repair and demonstrated it was not knocking.However, the knocking quickly returned (it was intermittent). I called to ask about it and they told me I would have to pay additional labor charges for them to come back out.I called Precor and that said they couldn't understand why Mercury would charge me again for it. I called Mercury back and Sam said, per policy, Maxwell would have to approve a return visit without additional charges. She promised she would check and get back to me the next day as Maxwell was not in the office. After 5 days I called back as I had not heard.She apologized and said she had forgotten to ask and promised Maxwell would call me the next day as, again, he was not in the office. After several days I called back again.Again she apologized and said that Maxwell is not in the office but promised he would call me back today.That is where things stand currently. Extremely bad service.

Been calling for weeks. Left voicmail, No one's ever returned my call or messege. I've never even spoken to anyone calling at business hours. I'm not even sure if this is an operating business?

Mercury's customer service is excellent. Krista responded promptly to emails with professional and helpful communication. Their techs were on time for our appointment and took apart our treadmill with ease and took it out within the span of 45 minutes.The techs, Maxwell and Craig, were efficient, courteous, and we appreciated their assistance. We will always go to and recommend Mercury first for fitness equipment related needs.

I was referred to them by Fitness Outlet for warranty work on an elliptical I purchased. I was having many issues with a brand new machine. Krista was fantastic about following up on issues and backorder problems with the manufacturer, and Justin was very professional when he came to our home to fix the machine. I appreciate all of their hard work and follow through in getting our situation taken care of to the best of their ability.

I was moving and needed my elliptical disassembled at the old house and reassembled at my new house. Mercury was professional, reasonably priced, on time and took the utmost care and did a great job! Best in the business! Highly recommended!!!!

Was told a part was on backorder for 5 months, finally called someone else who got the part in two days. Mercury had the nerve to charge me $100 for the “diagnostic”? Plus their quote was 3 times more expensive. Do not recommend.

I had MF come out to assess my treadmill. Said they needed to order a part. Called a week later for status and was told it was on backorder. Called a month later, still on backorder, same thing the next months. Called someone else who had the part in two days and installed that week. Mercury had the nerve to charge my credit card for a diagnostic visit after 43 months of radio silence. Would never recommend and overpriced if insurance doesn't cover the part.

I had a Precor elliptical shipped with a defect (an attachment was loose due to a broken part). The company referred me to Mercury. They were extremely responsive and professional. They had to order the part, but kept me in the loop and updated with status and scheduled the repair immediately after it arrived. The repair happened weeks ago and the elliptical is running perfectly. Highly recommend their services.

I called Mercury to come out and repair my 12-year old Landice treadmill that had developed a few problems from heavy use. Justin, a friendly tech came and found the problem immediately. Much to my surprise and delight, Landice stuck to their lifetime warranty for parts. I only had to wait about a week and a half for Justin to come back with the parts and fix it. The repair cost was a very reasonable amount for labor; it works like new. Justin was a pleasure to talk to and quick with the repair. Mercury is great at communicating and they are pleasant to deal with as well. Will definitely call them for any future needs.
