I started making my own sodas with a SodaStream a year ago, and gradually have converted to more sensible solutions.
I used a popular online retailer for a CO2 tank and regulator, but have continued to come back here not just for CO2 changes but for issues with the regulator. Eventually I tossed out the online retailer unit and went with one from here
Frankly, everything I've bought from here has worked tremendously, and has outperformed the stuff I bought online.
The staff is knowledgeable and put effort into help diagnose and solve the particular issues that I had

They were so helpful and educated me on honey wines which is going to he a Christmas present to spend $5 more to make it way better. Definitely worth checking out!

I was stuck in a recipe. The wort was boiling away and I had a sudden crises of confidence. I googled for home brew stores and stumbled on this store. I called them out of the blue and they walked me through the recipe without even asking if I was their customer. That's old school service. Kudos!

Really friendly and helpful staff. They now carry things for all sorts of fermenting projects: sour dough, kombucha, kimchee, sodas, etc. Also a good place to pick up cold micro-brews.
