Arrogant amateurs. 3 unnecessary ubers, no focus.
I'm not really a car guy but my battery died. I brought my battery to be replaced to this store, was asked for my details and was sold a battery. Little did I know they sold me the right battery and _gave_ me the wrong one.
I brought the battery home which didn't fit the car. I called to ask questions about it, while the guy on the phone clearly thought I was an idiot and chuckled a bit about my issues with the battery they gave me. I was told I needed to come in.
My car being out a battery, I needed to uber to and from the store. I then called to ask if I could return the battery to a different store, which they assured me they could. I went to a different store (uber again), and discovered the incorrect battery was given for the sale. Insult to injury, I was told I only could return to the originating store. Uber (again) to this store, where I showed them my receipt and battery. They acknowledged the issue, then the clerk went to the battery wall again, and gave me the WRONG BATTERY AGAIN.
I noticed it immediately this time, got furious, demanded the correct battery and left (in an Uber home). The correct battery installed and worked.
These guys had no problems chuckling about my problems which they completely caused. What a horrible experience. Waste of Uber money.

We Stop by this store to validate a phone cable warranty a guy called Shane is an ignorant. He tested the cable and said the problem is my phone I showed him with a different phone that the problem is the cable and he didn’t listen he keep saying is the same problem with that phone as well. Is hard I don’t know if I’m going to stop by this store again on Wednesday At 4:10 pm 06/05/24 when you have guys like him attending customers. I worked in this type of stores years ago I know how warranty works I bought this type of cables all the time because there is 5 years warranty on it but ignorant guys like him make this business running bad for customers.
Hopefully someone teaches this guy.

I've bought parts at O'Reilly for 40 years and I have a commercial account for my company vehicles. They know their parts, and they are reliable with a fair price. You'll see for yourself

Just had a great experience again at this location. Every time I come in here they continue to be knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about Shane who helped me order a part, get it delivered same day, and then even helped me install it and troubleshoot an issue that would have challenged my DIY skills. Love having this team in the neighborhood.

Kind people behind the front counter make this a far less intimidating experience for me.

This crew does not hear "thank you" nearly enough.
An awesome group more than willing to take the time to help diagnose and solve your issue. Will be a customer as long as I am in the area.
Big thanks to Shane for helping out!

Shane at the Kenmore shop was very helpful. He was kind enough to put on a wiper blade and rain guard buttons for me without me asking. So nice!

Shane was helpful, friendly and efficient. I appreciated his help and friendly demeanor. I recommend asking for him here if you need any questions answered or help with automotive issues.

I recently came in because my car had died while I was at work. I figured it was just my battery but wanted to get it checked before I bought a new one. The guy who checked my car told me it was my alternator and my battery and that it would cost $500 for the parts and tried to get me to use the mechanic that hangs out in the parking lot? My cost would have been over $800. I called my husband and he told me to leave because it didn’t sound right. I just went to an actual mechanic who told me my alternator is 100% okay and that I just needed to replace the battery. If you’re a woman, I don’t recommend coming here as they will try to screw you out of your money. What a horrible experience.

Didn’t have what I wanted and the bigggg man up front made fun of the brand of car I’m working on the whole time… knowledgeable, but overly opinionated for someone who works a customer facing position.
