“My family has been going to this pharmacy for about 7 years. Today James kept the doors open into the pharmacists' lunch break in order to fill an antibiotics Rx for my 3 year old. When I thanked him, he said "Of course, the kid is sick and needs antibiotics". Rather than telling us to wait an hour due to the scheduled break, he went above and beyond to fill the order right away.
