“I wanted to share my experience because I know choosing a pharmacy can feel overwhelming when you read mixed reviews. I used to go to Rite Aid, but I now come to CVS, and personally, I’ve had a positive experience here.
I understand that not everyone will have the same experience, but the staff have been helpful to me. I also recognize that pharmacy staff work under a lot of pressure, and if they sometimes come across as short or stressed, it may simply reflect how busy and demanding their job can be.
I downloaded the CVS app, which made things much easier and faster for managing my prescriptions, and I didn’t have to wait in line. Getting a flu shot can sometimes take a bit longer since they are often busy and helping many people, but being patient really helps.
Overall, this is just based on my own experience.”

“Great people, but are very overworked and understaffed. No time for proper learning their systems. Their operations managers aren't doing their jobs. If it's corporate run as most companies are. They need to work in the stores for a week to see what's wrong.”
