This has become my regular manicure/pedicure spot. Lots of places do nails well but I love Pretty Nails because the ladies, especially Wendy the owner, are so lovely and friendly.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I called ahead to check the wait time and was told I could be seen immediately. Once there, they had me soak my feet, even though I had clearly requested only a nail polish change for my toes due to limited time.
When I asked if soaking was part of a polish change, the technician said, “Yes, yes.” But then she started scrubbing my feet, and when I asked again, she admitted she was doing a pedicure. I reminded her that I didn’t have time, which is why I didn’t ask for a full service. She said she could skip the massage, but that wasn’t the point—I didn’t agree to a pedicure at all.
To make it worse, I tipped her but was still charged $58 on my credit card, when I was told the total (with tip) was $52. This felt misleading and disrespectful of my time and request. I won’t be returning.

This place has a family feel. Lots of repeat customers and a friendly vibe. I have been going for a very long time and always get great pedicures and manicures.

I came in to take off my press-on nails and get my nails cleaned up. She did an amazing job and it only cost me $10. I will come back for gel nail in the future!

Pretty Nails is my favorite nail salon in/around Kenmore. I've been a regular Pretty Nail customer for 5 years: mani, pedi, gel, dip, tips - I've tried them all here and have always had a fantastic experience. Three things I love about this nail salon:
Wendy and her team are constantly cleaning/wiping/sanitizing the salon - it's so much cleaner than some other local options.
My basic gel manicures consistently last 2-3 weeks (and I am hard on my hands) and my gel pedicures last basically forever. There is a fantastic color selection for gel and basic polish. (Every color they offer in basic polish, they also offer in gel.) And the dip selection is really great too and always growing!
Wendy and her team try to remember names of the regular customers and are so welcoming (and will also let you sit/read in peace of you aren't feeling chatty). I'm starting to get the hunch that *everyone* feels like they are Wendy's favorite customer. Even my out-of-state MIL asks to get her pedicures done at Pretty Nails, because everyone remembers her, and does an;excellent job on tricky old feet.
TIP: try to call ahead for an appointment! Yes walk-ins are welcome, but scheduling ahead is the best way to get in and not to be rushed. Unless I'm calling on a Saturday, I can usually call ahead and get an appointment same day. (Closed Sundays.)

Unfortunately our nails did not turn out the way we wanted, there were some mistakes that were just hard to ignore, but she was very kind and gave us a refund.

Best nail salon I've been to in Kenmore. Friendly staff, very clean salon and lovely atmosphere. Walk ins welcome but try to reserve a time because they book up fast.

I had a pain in my toe nail because
the nail go deeply into skin.
The owner of the shop resolve the problem so, I didn't have to go doctor's appointment.

Very pleasant environment with quiet music and friendly faces. Ann was my tech for my pedicure. She was very skilled and focused. She did a great job and gave a nice leg massage as well. I called ahead but got in same day. Recommend Pretty Nails!

Great find: reasonable, considerate, expert application of my gel nails. Not one chipped or failed since I got the full set on Oct 20th, and it's now Dec 4. And they still have a shine! (Photo from the day I got them). I also got my face waxed, which was also handled perfectly. Buy with confidence!
