Don was my point of contact/property manager, and he was always respectful, responsive and clear about maintenance orders and anything related to tenant questions. The property itself was very well maintained and the monthly rate was extremely reasonable considering Seattle's absurd renters market.A tiny bonus: I particularly like that they do not charge you processing fees when paying rent if you use your bank information.
