I have been trying to get my prescription for over 3 weeks. I need my medicine! They call over and over to say it is ready. When I get there I find out it isn't ready and the refill expired. It expired days before. I am still getting calls saying it's ready. How? Why? I have now switched pharmacies. Rite aid has been bad for quite awhile. I finally switched!!

So understaffed, it’s criminal. I have had to wait as much as 45 minutes just to pick up a prescription that’s already filled. In fact, I’m waiting right now as I write this. It’s been a half hour so far. I’m switching pharmacies. Safeway next door is better. I only switched from Safeway because I thought the drive through would be cool. Well I was so wrong about that! The drive through is where customers go to die alone and unmedicated.Response to Rite Aid's reply below:I did call that number while I was waiting. (I saw it in other reviews here.) The recording said to press 3 for customer service. I pressed 3 and it said 'Incorrect entry." I tried 3 times. I don't know why I believed you would actually have customer service. Consider me fooled! :D

The Pharmacy at the Kenmore Rite Aid is exceptional. Teresa and her staff provide excellent and courteous service consistently.

Pharmacy staff are always working so hard and do a really great job of taking what little time they have, to make sure people understand and have what they need. They are definitely understaffed and under appreciated. I really like and appreciate all the employees at this Rite Aid location, I can tell they’re are overworked, but have consistently done their job as best they can and I’ve never had anyone be short or irritated to help!

The pharmacy is understaffed, resulting in a lot of poor attitudes from staff. I was told they exposed a lot of people to Covid because they didn't care.Front customer service is pretty good, the store manager not so much. Id only come here if I really needed to or for alcohol other wise I'm going somewhere else.Don't expect inventory to be in stock.

This Rite Aid is awful, and I get the feeling it isn’t the staff’s fault. Store associates are nice, pharmacy staff is nice if not occasionally like to complain to me about how overworked they are and how ‘it’s a miracle we’re able to fill this for you today’.The store seems heavily understaffed and the pharmacists feel the pressure. I like the people but the pharmacy experience is sub-optimal and I’ll be taking my pharmacy business somewhere that doesn’t make me feel like a burden.

This pharmacy generally sucks. The staff ranges from kind and polite to snotty and irritable, and they're consistently understaffed. They're not afraid to tell you how understaffed they are, I've been told it's a miracle my prescription could be filled same day at all. If they'd staff their pharmacy correctly they might actually be decent, but I have lost hope that this location will turn around and I'm trying to take my business elsewhere.

I'm at a loss. We were regulars at this pharmacy for years before covid. We were patient and appreciative all through covid while the staff was put under so much additional stress. However it is now 2023 and impossible to get any communication. Many times prescriptions are called in by a doctor and a week later they still have not been filled or worse, have no request listed anymore. When you go through the process of requesting a refill it is never communicated through to the doctors office anymore meaning we have to contact our doctor directly (against their protocol). Just today I've been on hold throughout the day for almost 2 hours (going on 25 minutes straight as I type this) and still have yet to talk to a staff member. I am not calling at busy times of the day. Many times when trying to call they never even answer and if they do they put you on hold without a moment to communicate that you've already been waiting more than 30+ minutes without answer. What floors me the most is after this impossible service you can walk into their store and there is no line nor is their someone answering the phones. If you bring this to their attention they offer nothing other than a shrug or "I must have forgotten you are on hold". However, the act of driving there and talking to them directly still does not in anyway guarantee that they will have the prescription you've been waiting all week to be filled. If you insurance allows any flexibility I highly recommend finding a more customer oriented pharmacy.

I have been at this pharmacy for many years, but I think something changed now with new staffs (?). I refilled my prescription last Friday, 9/1 early morning and the system said it would be ready for pickup at 11:30am. I came to pick it up at 4:00pm after 30 minutes of waiting in line and it was still not ready. I came back and picked it up after 6pm. Then I found out today my prescription has only 12 pills instead of 30 pills. I tried to call the pharmacy early morning after 9am on Tuesday 9/5 and the phone kept ringing for more than 30 mins. No voice mail and no one picked up. Then I came in person and asked them to refill my prescription completely which was 1 month, not only 12 days. I still do not understand the explanation they gave me. I am very frustrated and I think I will plan to switch to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy messed up and entered a 15-day partial refill as a 30-day one. So when I came in to get my refill after 15 days, it shows too soon. This is medication I have to have every day or I get very very sick. They can't give me an emergency supply and he said that there's nothing that can be done for their mistake. I would recommend going to a different pharmacy.

Wonderful staff in the pharmacy and up front. The short guy is super helpful and always accurate. I never have an issue when I fill here.

The associates at the counter were the best anyone needs for customer service. They show me the true meaning of care every time I visit the store. Most important they ask me my family, work health with a very contagious smile on their faces.True story we’ve gotten so used to buying and selling a particular item and they remember it the moment I walk in: so cool. I wish the gentleman and the veteran lady every successful business opportunity so they can run the business as managers too.My quote from JW ch4 ( The way we do things is the way we do things everywhere) these folks have Rite Aid at heart and they doing even more than asked. Thank you y’all

Kenmore Rite Aid is probably my favorite store in town. I've been shopping here for 11 years. This store has the nicest and most helpful employees and it's always a chill vibe here. Even when it's busy here it's never crowded and crazy. Sometimes it's a little pricey but surprisingly there are times when things like bottled water and paper products cost less than Safeway. And of course there's the bonus cash you earn that really helps! I wish other stores would do the same. They also have different and better types of chocolate bars and candy than Safeway does, as in higher quality chocolate like Divine and Endangered Species brands which also give to good causes. I definitely recommend shopping here.

This one star is over three years of regularly spending a great deal of $ weekly at this store. First- the positive. The trans him/her that works here is so kind and provides such great service. The pharmacist women is also kind and goes the extra mile. The store is always stocked to the minimum. I thought this was supply chain issues over COVID but the LFP, Bothell, and Canyon park locations all have the shelves stocked so I have started to think it is a manager who is not doing a good job.I had an upsetting incident yesterday. I had a 20 minutes before my next work meeting and ran in to buy a bubbly. I go to the front no one is around. I wait. I wait more. I call around. No one acknowledges me. Then this crusty customer walks up and shoved my stuff aside on the counter saying she was here first. She got extremely close and forced her way in front of me. Then the rite aid lady walked up (Barbra?) she does not a knowledgeable me or make eye contact. She helps the other older lady. The older lady is obviously not in a hurry. They talk some more. I wait-Then she asks for her menthols. I wait more-The employee gets them. Continues to ignore me and is ringing her up. I wait- she can’t use enter her pin as she pays. The employee starts the transaction again . She looks at line for first time and calls for backup. No one comes. I look at my watch. I have been in the store 15 minutes at this point and have to make my meeting. The crusty lady is still getting rung up. About another minute of this I set the drink on the counter and told the lady how rude she was and the employee I wasn’t coming back. The crusty lady yells back at me. After some words of unkindness I go to my car. The lady follows me out and flips me off and starts yelling at me as I drive away.I know you can’t control your customers but you can train your employees to smile, a knowledge customers, maybe ask the elderly customer who is clearly rude to wait as you ring up the line that occurred. Instead you hand help and took the abuse the old lady was saying to you and didn’t help the customers who add real bottom line to your store.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I've been to! They do not have great customer service, they're very slow and struggle to do basic things. Switching to a farther pharmacy just to save myself some stress!!!
