My experience with U-Haul was a nightmare. The computer system went down while renting and I was stuck there for an hour waiting. Then it was broken upon return so they comped my rental... Until 22 days later when they fabricated a new rental that looked like I had the truck all that time! U-Hual then began harassing me for this imaginary rental. They threatened my credit, charged me almost $500 for a rental I didn't make! Then U-Haul's credit service team only helps with some issues and leaves me to go back again to the uhaul storefront to fix more of the problem. I am over three hours into trying to get these bullies to believe me and take care of this problem. Truly incompetent and no accountability from anyone in the organization to actually follow through on anything more than their little job in U-Haul. Everyone at U Haul acts like it isn't their problem. So yeah, if you like dealing with negligence and fraud for hours and hours... Go U-Haul!

Had a great experience at this u-haul. Everyone was super helpful and everything was in great condition. Pretty seamless process. Will return!

I called before hand to ensure they would be able to fill my propane tank. They assured me they could and said they were open until 7pm. I showed up around 6:20pm and was told the guy that fills the propane was gone for the day. Pretty disappointing.

Super easy reservation system; pick up was efficient, safe & professional; drop off was quick & friendly. Would definitely rent a trailer from them again

I went to have a hitch installed. They had to move my appointment from Thursday to Friday. So I show up Friday morning, waited 30 minutes to even get to the counter (super slow, witnessed an argument between an employee and a customer), filled out paper work and left my car. After having my car almost all day, they call to say they "couldn't get to installing the hitch." When we got the keys - no apology or explanation. Complete waste of my day.

Buggy system and incompetent employees. I spend an hour at this location today while their system was crashing. Employees were completely clueless and kept "entertaining" me by asking for my information over and over and over again. I've had enough and left an hour later.

Place is funny. Elderly gentleman is belittling. They act like you're renting a luxury vehicle. It's a 20 yr old vehicle with 130k miles and no I don't want to back it in or spend a second longer in your smelly vehicle than I need to. Provide clean efficient service and instructions instead of smoking on the job while doing the bare minimum

I have rented from this location several times before but never again. The contract reported gas at a certain level. The needle was lower when I pulled away but rose to the contract level after a couple of blocks. I drove van 14 miles and added 2 gallons of gas. The needle dropped to the same level as pickup when I turned the key off and on at drop off. I was charged $33 for gas. Called back to discuss with rude check in person and was told to file a complaint but that he would not change it. Stay away from this location.

Employees at this location have no common sense or understanding of how customer service works. I called a competing rental agency and it was like night and day.

Horrible customer service, came in a group of 4 and the man who was behind the counter was very rude, cursed behind the counter about us, rudly said “I need you all by the counter so I can talk to you” when we were right next to the counter just quietly talking about the uhal. All together very bad experience here.

Great job! The two guys were tasked with a tough one! But they still got it done before noon. Super helpful, very easy going. Grade A service from this Uhaul. Thanks again!Ps: they're just now starting to take appointments for hitch installation. The website is still new for this feature, so your Best bet is to call In your hitch appointment!

I found this U-Haul outlet to be exemplary. Mainly due to the guy who was working at 2pm Weds the 18th of 2023. He was multi-tasking like a boss and made stuff happen. Kudos to him!
