The clerk was not very respectful, he was curt, somewhat dismissive. I had called previously to confirm details, but the person on the phone provided different information than the person in-person, and in-person he was unapologetic, and almost combative.

This is the second time I’ve been in that location and felt like I was bothering people to try to get help. I never write negative reviews. I was asking for help on something that they had printed for me (to use the paper cutter), they wouldn’t answer or come to help and I ended up ruining half the items that I tried to cut. I do appreciate that they would print them for me at the end of the workday, however it was less than engaging help and no friendliness at all.

I use this store all the time for my Amazon returns and the employees are all very professional and friendly. The manager ( white-haired man) once went out of his way to help me return a bulky unwieldy item.

The team at the UPS Kenmore Store are always so kind and helpful. They go above and beyond with every printing order and shipping and are extremely timely.

Today, I had a bad experience at this UPS store, where I visited around 4 PM on 4/1 (Tuesday). There was a pick up issue, but the employee, who looks like a 40-50s man, did not make any efforts to figure it out. He did not try to understand the issue. He was very rude and non-professional.
I know about 100 people in Kenmore, Bothell and Woodinville area from several community groups and my work place. I'll try to keep my people away from this UPS store. This UPS store will lose 100 x 4 x 4 x 4 ... clients eventually.

If I could give this store negative stars I would.
Never use the notary there. I sent a client there to have docs notarized for a closing. The only thing he has going for him in life is this notary stamp. He made the process extremely complicated, stressed myself and client. Refused to hand change and initial date. (COMPLETELY LEGAL) Gave my client a hard time about not bringing two witnesses. You are a store, don't people work there, people walk in?? What is the issue. I got on the phone with him to get this done he was SILENT wouldn't speak!!! I had to say hello are you there and then he would respond hello and go silent! If you want to waste hours of your life getting two docs notarized have at it.
On top of it my clients had a special needs child with them and he went out of his way to make this impossible!
UPDATE**- Deed came all the copies messed up. Had both parties sign separate deeds. Had us redo dates bc he couldnt crossout... and proceeded to send deed with different dates in BLUE INK!!

UPS is a franchise so the individual staff at any given store can't help you when the company messes up. Do not trust their 2-day air, it's a complete scam and will arrive at the same time as normal shipping (i.e. 5 days later).

Worst service ever! Went to have something notarized and while we were in the middle of working with one of the associate's they decided to go on a break without saying anything. We asked if someone else could help us since we had been waiting for over 30 minutes not knowing the person went on a break. No one knew anything or when he was coming back. Everyone was incompetent and useless! Will not be going back there again!!

I have been a faithful client of this store for years. I have had a mailbox there for years. The staff is great, the hours of operations are, however, terrible.
Closed on New Year's Eve? Why?? You're a service industry. EVEN THE POST OFFICE IS OPEN. this store constantly chooses to close it's doors early during holidays where other post offices and mailbox and shipping stores are open. This is NOT the customer service focus that the YPS store was founded on.
I will be closing my mailbox the next day you choose to be open.

Forget his name but thanks to staff member with long hair and mask that was able to use some creativity and good ol fashioned customer service to resolve a shipping problem. Five stars.

Zero stars. Stood in line to have manager tell me wouldn't accept recycled bag as shipping envelope even though I had pre paid label Manager was useless in whole exchange. Thanks for zero help.

The worst store ever, they put all boxes on the scales to have the total weight and scan all boxes like that to increase the weight of each shipping. And then you receive an email to charge you more. Or if you have only 1 box, they put their hand on the box to do like they hold it, but it's to put pressure on it and add weight.
