I've been a US bank customer since 1990 and they continue to let service slip. They now have what appear to be scripted questions for their tellers to ask. I am in the branch and using a teller and all I want is fast, efficient and accurate transactions. Please stop with the insincere questions. This bank talks about relationships but everytime I get introduced to someone at the bank 6 months later they are gone. Pretty hard to have a "relationship" when its always a new face. This past Friday went through the drive-thru to make a simple deposit. There were 4 available tellers that I could see through the window. One comes and takes the deposit and takes exactly 9 minutes before coming back with the receipt. For most of the 9 minutes, the bank manager was leaning on the tellers counter and chatting with the other tellers. He could not care less that we were waiting for 9 minutes for a simple deposit. Maybe he was on a break, either way totally irritating. I'm a platinum level customer with this bank and I am beginning to think that means they can take up all my time and give me terrible service. They probably understand what a pain in the you know what it would be to go to another bank. I used to love this bank, sadly they have been on a long slow steady decline.

Only location that I will use, and there are many US banks in closer proximity to my home. I exclusively use this branch because of the EXCEPTIONAL customer service that I receive from Natalie. They need more bank employees with Natalie's positive attitude. I feel safe banking here. Thanks NATALIE! See you on payday:) Updated on 12/30/16 -I was just informed Natalie Morgan was no longer employed with US bank , so I cancelled my account with US bank effective immediately..

Utterly useless bank with zero-star service, NOT five-star service. I had an account with U. S. Bank for a year, and they still would not cash an out-of-state check, verifiable, for a measly hundred bucks. I mean, if you can't go to your own bank to cash a check because they don't trust you--the bank doesn't trust you as a customer, hard-working citizen over 40 with a job and a residence--then what the heck are they in business for, anyway? Like I said, utterly useless bank with no purpose. They only cut people in on the action who are--well, already in on the action. They need to change their name, because no company with United States as part of its name should be treating their customers so despicably. Seriously.
