Take a trip to this location and meet local legend Jeff, the most hateful employee of the United States postal service!

Friendly staff but they need to add a self service machine to cut down on wait times. Often long lines with only 1 person at the counter.

Do No Mail Your Letter in this Post office!!!!!I usually dropped off or wait on line for my mail. One time, they forgot process and can't find my mail for my night drop, thank God, after 3 weeks, the person got it. This week, I am mailing something less than 3 oz, fits in a small envelope , which less than 3/4 inches, it contains collector cards to Canada. The person said I need to pay $15 as parcel with custom clearance. I went to another post office, paid about $3.5 for the postage. Today, I got 10 mail return to sender, all of them with 1 stamp and mailing within U.S, all post card size envelope with less than 1oz, says postage due. What's wrong with this post office? I will make a complaint to USPS.

Jeff has to be the most miserable employee I have ever encountered and I go to the post office often, and other than Jeff, they have all been helpful. He doesn't seem to understand that it's his job to answer questions and to make sure things run smoothly as the general public is not well versed in Post Office procedure and policy. Otherwise his job could be more efficiently done by a machine. Being human and dealing with people is part of the job. He is routinely verbally abusive to customers and gets flustered and agitated for simple things like there being a line. It's the post office, it happens. He yelled at an old lady for asking a question today. This is the third time I've witnessed him be rude to people. Pretty sure there is someone better qualified that actually wants the job. Judging by the other reviews, Jeff does this quite often. Perhaps this is not the right line of work for him.

I was discriminated against and treated very rudely by by Jeff. I am disabled and have a Dr. prescribed service dog. Service animals are not required to wear vests or any other identification, but mine has a tag that says service dog. According to ADA law, businesses are permitted to ask "is this a registered service animal" and to ask what service the dog is providing. I was not asked any of those questions. I was standing in line, my service animal quietly beside me. There were about 3 or 4 people in line in front of me. Jeff rudely looked at me and pointed and said, "what do you need?" I was confused as to why he was interacting with me as it was not my turn, and said, "excuse me?" He said, "Pets are not allowed in the building, you need to leave". I said, "she's a registered service animal". He replied, "why doesn't she have anything saying so?" I pointed out her service dog tag and informed him that service animals are not required to wear identification, and that he could have started out by asking if she was a service animal instead of assuming she was not. I informed him what is is allowed to ask per ADA law, and he said he didn't care about the law and to get out. I was shaking and in shock at this point to be treated so rudely and have a USPS employee blatantly violating federal law. I said i was going to file a complaint and he threw a slip of paper on the counter and said go ahead. He then goaded me on to come and get it but i was afraid to approach him. I asked him from a distance what his last name or ID # was and he refused to tell me. Finally my turn came and I went to the other window (thank god) and bought my 2 international postage stamps from the other employee who was polite. This is not my usual post office but the Lake City one was out of International Postage stamps and I didn't want to use an ugly metered mail postage so i made a special trip to this one. As I recall, the last time I was at this post office, Jeff was extremely rude to me too. I was so upset when I left that I had to sit in my hot car for 20 min before I could stop shaking enough to drive (which meant no one else could use that disabled parking spot either). This man is dangerous. He has a hot temper, disregard for the law, and flagrant disregard for civility. He needs to be fired. I WILL be filing a complaint and I will follow through with it.

I have been using this post office for 15 years. I have never had an issue with them. I have ALWAYS had great customer service! They are very helpful, nice and professional. During the holidays, they move the line (wrapped around the building) quickly. I can easily drive the same or less distance to other POs, but I choose Kenmore!

I was discriminated by Jeff. While I was the second person in line when the first person in line wasn't ready, he choose the third person in line saying "This lady first, she has been waiting". I was puzzled and waited to see if this lady would say anything. She went straight to the counter and chatted with Jeff, mailed a package and went away smiling while I was still waiting in line. When my turn came, Jeff was grouchy and very short. I sew a huge difference in his attitude between the lady and me when I was just respectful and patient. Meanwhile, I never experienced this in Roland.
