I recently had the pleasure of working with Alexis at Aaron’s Rent to Own, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Alexis went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and that I found exactly what I was looking for. Her professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to customer service truly stood out. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I leased a double recliner from Aarons in Kennewick Washington. The product technicians-Travis & Javier were both very punctual, efficient, and friendly. This has been a great lease experience. I will lease again from Aaron's in the future.
Dalton Maes was the gentleman that assisted me with the lease on June 24, 2024. He was also very personable and friendly. He was very good at explaining all of the lease options. I feel like a got a very good bargain because of Dalton.

Only one good Aarons associate Dalton! If I could give Dalton 5 stars I would! However Alexis or Alexie and Elizabeth completely rude completely unprofessional basically two little girls trying to portray themselves as adults! Adults don't bad mouth you or behave poorly! My account was switched to this sad store because mine closed. Worst thing that could have ever happened to aarins was to close the store more local to me and fellow customers from my area!
I finally got tired of the mistreatment and verbal abuse by these associates that I have contacted corporate and made a post on Facebook for those in my area experiencing the vary same thing the information needed to have these issues addressed. This group needs to learn how to turn off their attitudes and leave their personal issues at home and perform with professionalism!

If you ever think about using Aaron’s just don’t. They will call you every day a few times a day, different associates even if your account is in good standings to let you know about leasing power. We needed a washer and dryer and decided to go with them, first payment was $1, we set it up for autopay and for 3 weeks no payment was pulled then we owed $178 which we paid but they are just non stop with trying to get you to buy more. They have to do calls everyday and even when they notate the account they will still call, an associate told me this. Can’t wait to pay off our washer and dryer early and never hear from them again or at least I hope. Trust me wait it out and get a decently priced set off marketplace.

I have bought 4 appliances and a beautiful sectional couch from this store. The employees there are absolutely wonderful, know who I am when I walk through the door, very polite, funny and helpful! If I was ever late with a payment they worked with me. I would recommend Aaron's over any other rent to own store! Trust me, you won't be sorry!

My mother is disabled and on a fixed income and they gave her a chair infested with bed bugs and they said they can't do anything about it are you serious how dare you take advantage of someone this just makes me so sick and so very mad! What a disgrace this place is.

We've called multiple times over the last week and been told over and over again we would get a call back to let us know if they had a washer and dryer available. We were told one day they had a matching used set we could get, and in the time it took to get a call back (which we never did, we actually called back over and over again u til we could get our sales person on the phone) it had been sold to someone else. We went into the store finally to find out what our options were only to be ignored while we sat there and waited. We finally just left and bought a set somewhere else.
