I chose this shop after being involved in a no-fault accident, and my options as far as repair shop options were very limited.
The customer service was great, but as far as the work goes, I was very unhappy with the service. Some areas that should have been sanded down were actually just painted over, leaving texture and bumps underneath, making the job feel rushed. Bummer. Typically when you take your vehicle to a place like this you shouldn’t be able to see there was ever any damage- that’s kind of the whole point. Important to note that a few days after having our vehicle back we noticed a part had also not been put back on. We will never return, and would not recommend to anyone.
Update:
I received a call from our service technician, who told me that reviews are hurtful to their business and wanted to discuss my feedback. Unfortunately, the conversation felt more like an argument than an attempt to understand my experience. He mentioned that they don’t do “free work” like other shops, which came across as dismissive rather than helpful. I stand by my original review- while I understand businesses want to protect their reputation, customers also deserve respectful communication and quality service. This definitely was neither.

I can’t say enough good things about Caliber collision . From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and way faster than I expected. I brought my car in after damage to the bumper and they walked me through the entire process, explaining what needed to be done and giving me a very fair estimate.
Not only did they finish the repairs ahead of schedule, but the quality of the work was outstanding — you’d never know the car had been damaged. The paint match was perfect, everything was aligned like new, and they even cleaned the car before returning it to me. I even got my car delivered to me since I was at work and I wouldn’t be out on time before they closed. Tysm to Erik.
Erik and Gary and the staff were friendly, communicative, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both fast and meticulous, but this team absolutely delivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back here or recommend them to anyone needing bodywork.

I recently went in for an insurance estimate. Damian was the advisor who assisted me. I was so impressed by his knowledge and customer service! He went above and beyond to help and advise me while being very patient with my many questions. I will definitely be using them for all our future auto body needs. Overall, my experience was positive, with the exception of some insurance-related issues. If your insurance requires you to use an aftermarket part, thoroughly inspect it before installation. I had to return the aftermarket part and have an OEM part installed, which resolved all issues.
When I dropped off my car, it was dirty, but it was washed before it was returned to me. There were a few minor issues that bothered me, such as tape residue on the front window that I had to remove with a razor blade.
While I appreciate the hard work and customer service provided, there were some areas where attention to detail could be improved. The bumper did not fit properly, and the tape residue on the window was overlooked.
Despite these issues, I had a generally positive experience. The customer service was good, and I appreciate the efforts made to ensure my satisfaction with the work performed. Thank you for accommodating my needs and completing the repairs efficiently.

I was quoted 2 months, but got my car back in 1. Not their fault, had to wait for parts. Now that I have it back, it feels like I got a brand new car.
