I ordered a key fob. Dan helped get the correct one ordered and was so friendly and kind in setting it up to work. My trip was enjoyable and I would definitely keep shopping here. I also noticed another employee being very helpful and mindful of giving good service.

Went in today to ask if carried Jacks an i was offered help by Dan he told no as well as overheard another customer ask about jumper cables he responded I don't know let me check went down the aisle that had both products went to the end of the aisle an walked back to the customer an said no sorry we don't stock it right now terrible customer service. We have shopped at Ace for all of our home maintenance/repair needs for YEARS. From gardening, to hardwood restoration, Ace has had everything we need. Close to home, locally owned. It’s the best!

Stopped to get some bird seed that was buy one get one free. Decided to get a 40 lb bag instead. The young man put the bag in my cart and when I was done paying put it in my car for me. Was very personable and professional. Always get great service at Ace Hardware.

I have been going to Grigg's since I came here 22 years ago. I needed to see if you had any plant hangers. In fact on the shelf was one package. The package had been sliced open on one side so I don't even know if it was complete. Regardless, the price tag on the shelf was $12.99. I thought it was wrong so after double and triple checking the details on the shelf tag and the tag on the bag I found them to match exactly. I took a picture of the shelf tag and went to check out. The cashier is one that has seen me many times and knows I am/was a regular customer. She is the older woman that has an unusual walk due to some type of handicap. Always nice and helpful. The other two women were not helpful and very rude. I asked for store manager after much argument and rude treatment from her. She replied she was the supervisor. Again, I asked for the store manager. She replied that the mgr had left already but I could try to catch her Monday. She then snatched up the bag from the counter that I set it on directly in front of me. I asked for the managers name and she said Kristy. I asked for a last name and she said we are not allowed to give that info out to people.
There is a lot more that I wish to convey but this is way to long now. If Mr. Grigg's or C.S. wishes to hear the rest then contact me. I did make a completely different purchase and I will give you the receipt number. I know you connect customers to them. The confrontation happened 20-30 minutes prior to my purchase.
