We always have problems with your company. We had run out of gas on accident and online said 3-5 days but was longer until you showed up. Very frustrating. Wish there was a local company I could talk to and not someone around the world. They don’t care!

They have been screwing with us for over a year. They charged us the price of a tank when we were only supposed to rent. Now they've reversed that and said that they own the tank. I was supposed to get a tank refill this week and even with a 7 day window they never came out and filled my tank. But since there is some much confusion about who owns the tank I can't have another company fill it, so I may have no gas which means no cooking. I hate this company, they are worthless.

Gas delivery was not on time. Called customer service and they were so helpful. Gas delivery was in one day after customer service excellent help. Thank you.

Provided a week-long delivery window and still delivered outside of that. Third time within a year. Super annoying to keep gates open and unlocked when you have multiple pets that need to go outside. How about pick one day and just stick to delivering that day? Ugh

This company has no local office personnel. They tried to charge me $140 for a leak test that was never performed. When I called to get it taken off my bill I kept getting foreigners whom I could barely understand in the customer service department. This company is typical of big business practices and I am switching to a local company.

They don't deserve the one star. Horrible customer service now, gave a 2 week delivery window AND still was 5 days past that window when they finally delivered. They don't care at all.

Contacted for delivery before we dropped into single digits. Gave me an estimated date from 12th - 19th. It’s now the 20th, no call no show. I called and they said best they can do is tomorrow and aren’t sure what time. This is the service you can expect with AmeriGas.

This review is specifically on the process of setting up new service. All issues were with the call center and/or the process of dispatching services. 1: Set up an account online. Due to some web issue the account creation did not complete. Call them...ok no big deal. 2: First call. Got the account issue fixed and they set up a \"safety check\" inspection that is required prior to getting a delivery. Cool. 3: Schedule of safety check came and went....no one came. Ugh. 4: Call 2 a few days after scheduled safety check. They said they saw no record of it. But scheduled it again and said delivery would be at the same time. Ok cool. 5: Day of check/delivery came. A rep came out and did the gas leak check, it was fine but he was not in a delivery truck. He said he didn't know anything about the delivery. No delivery later in the day. Not so surprised at this point. 6: Call 3, they see the safety check was done but no delivery scheduled. They schedule a delivery for a week later and bill me. I thought the bill was high so I requested a email receipt. Which they just send a link to your account. Ok, whatever. 7: I look at the receipt and they billed me for a safety check. I have a quote in email with my account that says it is waived. Explains why the bill was a couple hundred higher than I expected. 8: Call 4: Hung up on after introduction, I explain the issue, silence. \"Ed\". 9: Call 5: Hung up on. Sounds like the same guy. 10: Call 6 someone else answers. I explain the issue with billing. She then tells me I need to \"email customercare@amerigas.\" As far as I can tell that email may exist but it cannot be found on their website. I forward the email and explain the problem. The call center woman said they will get back within 72 hrs. Last time I emailed them I did not ever get a response. It was with the account creation issue. Even if my tank get filled, I may transfer to another company and pay 10-20% more. This is a joke. The only thing they did efficiently was bill me. Which they did wrong, and in their favor.

Set up on auto delivery. Have not had issues, shows up fills the tank when needed and I get notfied. Super easy.

While the local folks are wonderful....absolutely love Amy...but dealing with customer service back east and how unreasonable and rude they are soured us on the company. It's a total shame.

Extremely unhelpful. Made multiple calls to get to talk to the right person. They told me that I would not use enough gas over the year so let would not fill my tank. Terrable business model.

Very non-user friendly website and automated phone system. Even though the listed phone number seems local, there is no way to contact anyone here locally. A person can not get a simple price on a gallon of propane gas. All they seem to want is your contact information to inundate you with spam. NO THANKS!!
