Sadly I went to for an emergency tooth extraction on Friday morning. Only to find there not open on Friday anymore. So I went in the following Monday. Only to find there's only one doctor! There emergency services leave a lot to be desired. There is no actual emergency severe available. Not the same day anyway. One dentists. Seriously!!

If they want to charge you thousands of dollars get a second opinion. They always sell you stuff u don't need.Everything was great until I had to speak to finance manager and get a quote on the services doctor recommend. He said my insurance was not active so to fill their loan application. Money hungry much..instead of calling my insurance or telling me to call he just wanted to sell me stuff I didn't need. Get a second opinion when they want to charge thousands of dollars. Went to another office who told me my teeth were great I just needed regular cleaning cover 100% by my insurance.

Had a panic attack while on the chair being numbed. I tried to ask questions about what was being done to ease my mind and was told no don't worry about it. They attempted to numb twice after about 10 injections I was shaking in the chair uncontrollably. We decided (dentist and I) that it would be best to come back in a couple days with anxiety medication. They suggested I talk to their financial manager while I was there and numb about dentures. I did, he pushed a financing plan through care credit I was approved prepaid for my tooth extraction for the next day .we left everything was good. Following day was told there's nothing they could do go see a oral surgeon. I requested a refund obviously if your not going to follow through then I won't pay. Was told "I guess we can do that" Beware, I believe the financial manager gets kickbacks on care credit do not believe him when he says it's only a soft pull. It's not. Very deceptive.

Two words ... "RUN AWAY!!!!" Sat for over half hour in waiting room ... next ... full mouth X-Rays just for one tooth pull (they are looking for more work to charge more?!?!") ... then sat in DR chair for over half hour ... nobody showed up ... finally "I Just walked out!!!!" I'll go down to the VA at Walla Walla!!? This morning ... We figured we were there almost 1 hour and 45 minutes with my wife sitting out in the car ... and never did see a Dr ... ? ?

Have been trying to find a place to get my husband into that would tell us what was going on with his teeth but we have no insurance and the initial office visit was insane. They did a set of x rays and a full exam for free then went over a full treatment plan and helped us apply for care credit so that my husband could get in and finally get his teeth fixed that have been bothering him for so long. And on top of that they got us in the next day and it was a Saturday and are going to start the treatment plan this coming Monday. Extremely happy with all the care received so far.

First time going to Aspen Dental. Everyone was very friendly and put me at ease. They helped me with getting financial help. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a good dentist.

I went in because of an absessed tooth, my face was swollen, I wanted relief but instead got poked and X-rayed and given a recommended estimate on what it would cost to pull some teeth out, well$ 3,000.

Staff made me feel comfortable. Worked on a couple different financial scenarios before finding the one that worked. Very satisfied at this point.

First they tried to double bill me. On my first visit I was told my insurance company had not paid, so I needed to pay for it. I asked if they had contacted my insurance company to find out why. I was told they didn’t have time for that. I contacted my insurance company and they assured me that Delta Dental had been paid. The billing person at Delta denied this and insisted I pay again. I refused . Eventually the office manager comes out and says they will “waive” all of the charges (that they had already been paid). Next I’m scheduled for a cleaning and to have a cavity filled. In the cleaning they performed services I had not been advised ahead of time about (ultrasonic cleaning and fluoride treatment). When I questioned the dental assistant about this she said that she always did this. These treatments were above what my insurance covered. Their written policy states that I would be counseled on any services provided and their costs. Last, after I was numbed up to have my cavity filled, a different dentist came in, looked me over, and asked if I was sure I wanted to have the filling replaced, that there was nothing wrong with it. I told him that I was there to have a cavity filled. He said I didn’t have any cavities and my chart called to have the filling replaced, unnecessarily in his opinion. I guess it’s nice that there is one ethical dentist at this location.I would not return to this dental office if they were the only dentist in a hundred miles.

If there was negative stars - that would be what they would get. They send you out with infection and don’t bother with aftercare. At all. They don’t even ask what the problem tooth is. Avoid this place at all cost. I’m calling an attorney at this point.

I went to Aspen Dental to get a cleaning which I hadn't had done in over 10 years. Well, much to my amazement, the dental hygienist, that did the cleaning was superb. No pain, just shiny teeth! The personnel there are exceptional from the person at the front desk to the hygienist, to the dentists themselves. The people that work there are superb professionals with excellent empathetic communication skills.

They got me in immediately and were very friendly. I got an emergency extraction of a tooth that I had broken and that was causing me horrible pain. They went through a plan of future care with me that came with a $50,000 price tag and I cannot afford. When I asked of other options I was given only 1 and told that the dentist wouldn't consider any other option for me. The 2nd option has a $45,000 price tag. The 1 extraction cost $377. Which I found a bit pricey and the future options I was given are extremely pricey and not in my near future. I really appreciate that an emergency appointment is scheduled immediately and I will call them in any future emergencies. However, as far as future care plans, I cannot afford them even with financing.

When I first called for my fiancé needing and emergency root canal they did not inform me that they do not do root canals, referred us out which was great. Now after the root canal my fiancé is needing SRP a buildup and a crown. I called to make the appointment and wanted to just do the SRP and buildup since money is tight and the crown is expensive they said yes. I called day of the appointment to confirm and they told me he was scheduled for his crown today, I said no we can’t afford that can we just do the cleaning and build up they told me no I have to do it all in one day. Now I have prior knowledge since I am a dental assistant and I know some doctors that prefer to do the buildup on a separate day from the crown so I know that it can be done but they do not care about our financial situation or working with us to get this done within our budget. All in all, I’m very upset and will not be going back.
