Was greeted right away by Klizette even though she had customers she told me she would be right with me. Only had to wait 5 minutes before she can help me with my upgrade. Amazing customer service was patient with me on deciding what phone I wanted. Would be coming to this location in the future.

I called today Thursday the 11th at 10:00 a.m. to get a question about something the woman number one didn't even say her name number two she sounded like a complete and utterly uneducated person when it comes to her job very unprofessional ask a question she's like well I don't know well maybe this well maybe she overtalked me every time I ask she's a question she said well do you want it or not by far the most disrespectful store I have ever been to and I've been to AT&T's in third world countries that have better manners than this woman had at the AT&T on 27th and 395 in Kennewick I'm never going there again
