I called today Thursday the 11th at 10:00 a.m. to get a question about something the woman number one didn't even say her name number two she sounded like a complete and utterly uneducated person when it comes to her job very unprofessional ask a question she's like well I don't know well maybe this well maybe she overtalked me every time I ask she's a question she said well do you want it or not by far the most disrespectful store I have ever been to and I've been to AT&T's in third world countries that have better manners than this woman had at the AT&T on 27th and 395 in Kennewick I'm never going there again

Sadly disappointed. Purchased a Z fold for a Christmas gift. Both employees assured me that the recipient would not receive a phone notification. Unannounced to me, the associate shut off the recipient’s service to his current phone and activated the new Z. Real disappointment having to give this gift 40 minutes after purchasing because it was the only phone activated for the line. Thank you for spoiling our Christmas guys. Pretty lame.

I had a bad experience in June 2021 with one salesman, Jaime, but don't fault the store overall. Salesman told me a phone was on huge discount just to make a sale. After sale was complete, I saw my bill was way out of my price range but I was stuck in contract. Salesman did this to many people and was subsequently fired, and manager Justin was happy to assist me above and beyond with HQ to fix the problem. Was never resolved, but I just think AT&T's customer service phone personel are lack-luster in that respect.
