Ethan was amazing! He opened the door for us when we walked in, greeted us, and was very quick to fulfill my request. He even changed my screen protector for me, and it looks and feels perfect! On our way out, he held the door for us once again and was very polite. 5 minutes in and out! Will definitely be asking for him whenever we need to go back!

Waisted my time by coming in for an insurance claim. Called before coming just to see how to go about a broken screen and they said to come in and they’d see what they could do. I proceeded to say I needed a replacement completely and they did a claim for a simple screen repair. Now I come back and all of a sudden they don’t deal with the insurance. The first employee was nice enough to help with the claim to begin with but on my second visit the people here seemed like they hardly wanted to work.

Ethan and Dillon provided excellent customer service. They took about 20 minutes and sat down and helped me with what I needed. I’m not even an AT&T customer. Shout out to them for excellent customer service!

Went to our local AT&T store to upgrade on my phone. Been with AT&T since mid 80's. Ethan helped and took very good care of me, explaining everything and was very thorough with his explanations. Thank you Ethan!

Why is it that I have to wait for 30 minutes to get “checked in “ so I can wait another hour just to buy a phone? Or even ask a question? It seems that the sales staff are paid by the hour and not on commission. Also I am not sure I understand your perception of customer service. This is ridiculous!
