Came in on a Saturday and it was rather busy but they had plenty of people working so it didn't take long. Customer service was great. I purchased a battery and was able to have it installed right away.

Quick in and out. I had already pulled up the part I needed on my phone prior to going there to make sure they had it, and so I could just show them exactly what I needed rather than play 20 questions. Employees were nice and friendly.

This place has some people who, according to their managers, are very despotic. If they have a bad day, they don't come to work or do their job because we ask for nothing for free, very bad service from the employees.

Came to pickup up my online order and the line was nearly out the door. As I finally reached the counter the associate scanned my pickup barcode and my order was not ready even when I was notified i was ready. The staff has young workers with no sense of urgency.

Was having battery problems, took my vehicle to get battery checked. Eric helped us out. Put the tester on it and battery was bad. Asked if they can replace the battery locally. He took care of it immediately. Under 10mins. Great service!

I am a home health nurse on contract here in Kennewick. I was out seeing patients today and my battery died. A kind stranger help me jumpstart my car and my husband and bestie told me to go to AutoZone and they would take care of me. That is exactly what Luis T. did in 100° weather with a battery that did not want to come out. He popped the new one in and half an hour later I was on my way. Thank you Autozone and thank you Luis T.

If i could I would leave a ZERO star review.. i went in today to make a return at the Kennewick 1220 W 4th Ave location and ANITA (the worst Autozone employee that i hope i never encounter again) was was so rude and unhelpful and all she kept telling me was I dont know to my questions, it was like speaking to a brick wall. I showed her my Autozone account purchase history on my phone since i didnt have my receipt and the items i was trying to return were clearly on there and still had warranty on them and ive made multiple returns this way and for some reason she couldnt find that information on her computer despite me showing her on my phone..i asked why she couldnt find it and all she kept telling me was “ I dont know”. Such unprofessional responses from her so After a while of more i dont knows i got frustrated and walked away quietly and she yelled out loud as i was walking away to “have a good day” with the dont let the door hit you on the way out tone..It was so humiliating and I will never go back to the 4th Ave location it was the most horrible experience ive had with Autozone. I ended up going to the 4911 W Clearwater location and JR there successfully helped me with my return he was so helpful! His Customer Service was phenomenal compared to ANITAS and goes to show that Autozone is not a bad store but its certain employees’ customer services that reflects poorly on Autozone as a whole.
