I have read all the reviews and we were not very sure about going with my husband, but the truth is we were pleasantly surprised, they were very attentive and kind in terms of attention and explanation on how to manage our account, sometimes you have to give it a second chance .

Terrible costumer service. I feel discrimination against woman. We came to bank with my husband and met senior banker Jaime. He was referring to my husband all the time about changing in our account, even my name on account too. He didn’t asked for my id, or what is my opinion about changes , nothing. He treats me like I wasn’t there until I started asking him if he needed my I’d, and I’m on account too, and why he is not talking to me about it but only to my husband I’m on account too.

If I could give this bank minus stars I would. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE to do your businesses or banking at all. The supervisor or manager is rude ... worst customer service at all. And the scam the bank of america do with their checking or savings acct charging hidden feea and stealing your money overall... use another bank instead!!

If I could rate 0 I would. I don’t have a Bank of America near me so I had to drive and 1 hr and 30 min to go here. I just got married and just needed to change my name. I went to the counter and the man that helped me took all my paperwork and was entering things into the computer and Athey proceeded to say I was all good my name is changed. A month later and my account still does not show the change so I called and got a hold of a higher in on the regional BOfA and they checked and aid the bank had no proof of my account being opened there or any changes made. Come to find out you have to sit down with a banker to do this which the counter guy did not tell me or direct me to do. Where he put my info into I have no idea. Do not trust them. Waisted my time and gas money to drive 4 hrs for nothing.

I've had different banks altogether. But as of BofA I have gone to every branch in the Tri Cities and this one had the most respectful and gentle mannered Customer service. Their personal bankers provided excellent service, I've had 2 different ones here because I don't visit the bank every week or so to deposit a check(Smoothbrains) when you can do that at an ATM. Overall great service but as usual in Kennewick; horrible people come through and get mad about anything. 100% Why they have 2.0 Avg

Excellent service. Although there were only 2 tellers at the time of my visit, they were quick and efficient with their transactions while having a smile at the same time. Manager was also going through the line assisting clients with their transactions and showing them how to do these transactions via their app. Thank you BofA

Worst bank I've ever been to. Let me start off with the bank hours. The hours change on the regular, the hours on the outer door don't match the hours posted inside, and the hours aren't even real banking hours! They close at 4pm every single weekday! I don't even know of a government agency with business hours that are that unhelpful. The drive through was straight up closed apropos of nothing for half a year - no explanation or even a small sign saying that it would be closed until further notice. It was just always closed, even though the posted hours said it would be open. (See photos)And then the staff...I have avoided interacting with the staff here, but the few times I had the need to speak to an actual human, they were cold at best, and usually dismissive. One time, when I happened to come up to the drive through (unbeknownst to me this was after yet another hours change) I pulled up to the window where two tellers were standing talking to each other. As I tried to get their attention, one of them - without so much as glancing at me, or even breaking stride in her conversation - takes a pen and dismissively points to a tiny paper in the corner with the new times. No wave, no apology, not even so much as a look in my direction. The lack of decency and care at this branch is downright astounding. Unless you have no other option, stay away, because when it comes to helpfulness, compassion, and the ability to meet the customer's needs, you're more likely to find it in the ATMs than in the staff.

Been with Bank of America for 30 years. I rarely need to go inside the bank but did today for a cashiers check. It’s a Friday and there’s 1 teller and 10 people in line. Been waiting over 30 minutes. Ridiculous!!!

Alfredo is a homophobic manager , he got in my face telling me to leave because I asked to be helped because I was in line for 40 minutes. He was ignoring me & took his bad attitude out on me , Shame on Alfredo & Bank of America for allowing a transphobic un sympathetic A hole for working in customer service. MY EXPERIENCE WAS A DISASTER BECAUSE OF THE MANAGEMENT NAMED ALFREDO!!!! ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANT GIVE ZERO STARS!!! 04-06-2021 16:06
