When I bought my six sexed chicks no employee there could tell me about the variations, their health or what to expect. One had spaddle leg and died a week later, one had curly toe paralysis and another was a rooster.

Imagine creating an unsafe warehouse because as a manager you "like how it looks". Massive violations, a disappearing manager who leaves her single employee to open the store. Imagine firing your employees need 1. More hours 2. Are standing up for what is right. While Cara is managing, I suggest staying far away and looking elsewhere for a job and feed. This place is no longer safe to work at, nor is it healthy.

If I could 0 stars I would, the new management that took over is absolutely trash she doesn't know how to run the store she's never there and will leave 1 person to work the entire store by themselves. She will take 3 hours where she just disappears and she is firing the best workers they had. The worst change they made is getting Cara when josh left. I'm never going here again!!

Last night I picked up a 90 lbs Shepherd to foster. He is an amazingly good dog, but a lot for me to handle. The workers here fell in love with him and were exceptionally nice. They spent a lot of time talking to me and helping me out with the dog. They 'donated' a couple of items to help me since his costs come out of my pocket. I am so grateful we stopped by and I decided to take the dog in to get a little socialization. I am writing this review because I felt thanking them verbally when we left, was not enough to show how thankful I am for their help and information.

Much much better customer service then Ranch and Home in Kennewick!!! Waste of time looking for customer assistance at Ranch and Home. Found this place and what a DIFFERENCE!
