I cant remember who fixed my phone, I believe his name was along the lines of Jaiden. He did a great job fixing my phones screen, which was very cracked for a very reasonable price. The service was fast and great. I left photos of my phone before and after below.

I got 2 - Duracell AGM Group 27 batteries. They were not identical to the previous Duracell batteries, obviously are now manufactured differently. They were slightly bigger and hard to fit into the old space. They should have warned us.

Super helpful! We had an emergency exit back-up battery go bad. We couldn't find the exact battery anywhere and rather than making us wait for something to get shipped, they just built a battery and then personally delivered it to our store.

This place didn’t have a back glass in stock but the associate let me know that it would arrive Wednesday of the following week and that they would call me. Wednesday came up and I got their call, I told them I would be free Friday and they didn’t have a problem holding it for me! I got there about 4:40 pm and they started working on it immediately. As I checked out, I was told 10 minutes. I went back in after about 8 and it was as if my phone was never cracked. These associates are the real deal! I recommend 100%

I have to change my opinion. After leaving my phone overnight for a new battery I was told the next day that did not have that battery in their inventory (though it was the evening before!)
