Would give zero if possible. I went into this location 8 months ago needing new printer. I specifically went to this location because they are supposed to be the experts as opposed to going on line and ordering. The associate helped with picking out the printer I asked to get extra ink for the printer the associate grabbed the ink for me and it was the wrong cartridge size. We didn't run out of ink for 8 months when I tryed to refill the ink obviously didn't work. Best buy would not help no exchange or return even though it was thier incompetent employee that grabbed the wrong ink . I asked the manager for the district managers phone # he said I will get it for you disappeared for 30 minutes and would not answer when paged. I will never buy from this company again, I used to recommend them all the time not anymore. This is why everything is being purchased from Amazon or other online companies. Probably would have had better luck from Walmart.

We've ben here twice in the past week, purchased the wrong item, and returned it. Both times, we asked for customer service to help get the correct item we needed and both times, no one came to help us. So we left.

Found most of what I was shopping for but the last item I couldn't find. Had a hard time finding an employee for help. The one employee I found was helping someone else so had to wait my turn. The employee didn't seem that knowledgeable but very will to go out of their way to help. I was able to get all my items with no more hiccups.

Robbie made my experience here feel like a breath of fresh air. After a really long day at work, already frustrated and exhausted, I stopped by in search of some audio microphones. I found Robbie right away and he was knowledgeable, kind, articulate, patient, friendly, and overall understanding of my situation. He sat with me after I bought that mics and helped me try to set them up and connect them to my phone. After multiple attempts and a YouTube video later. The mics were not compatible with my phone and Robbie suggested a different option. We were there for like an hour trying to get it to work. THIS YOUNG MAN DESERVES A RAISE! BEST BUY YOU GUYS are so lucky to have him as an employee! Please promote Robbie! If it wouldn’t have been for him I would’ve never figured out that tech at home. Thank you Robbie <3

Usually I end up talking to someone that doesn't have a clue. Though when TV shopping I was pleased to be helped by someone that knew what they were talking about. I wish I caught the gentleman's name. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful.

Best Buy is great for electronics, esp to be reliable and consistent, unlike somewhere like Amazon, where even the reviews can't be trusted. Never got a bad product from best buy!
