No one answers you, you get the run around until there is no one to pass you off to. The second you question something you're being hostile. You would be too. If you paid for an iPhone and they have no record of it and they pulled the cash I think you'd be upset too.

Everything is usually accomplished. Visiting website and shopping online is preferred. REALLY hard to get assistance in person. I started requesting for help with door person upon entry. Especially for sections like Car Audio, where you will never find walking help.

Everytime I come here I always come out a bit disappointed and in a way that maybe waiting two weeks for an Item I can physically buy at the moment a better choice, thanks for contributing to my Shopping Anxiety.I ask about something thats locked up, almost takes an hour for someone to come by and unlock it honestly, I mean I guess its preventive measures for shoplifting but yall dont need to take an hour and then give me an attitude, like I got my card out I am buying this thing K.

I probably hadn't been in a Best Buy in 5+ years and I suppose I remembered them as being clean, organized, polished stores. Boy I'm not sure if my expectations have changed or I have gotten older, but man what a friggin dump. Racks are empty, nothing seems to be restocked, loose items on the floor, staff wandering around on their phones, etc. I will just be heading to Costco or an online retailer for electronic needs.

The store needs better employees. I worked with Maria, and the geek squad. Greek squad requested I make an appointment for someone to come out an look at my printer. I waited a whole week to get told I need to replace it. I told Maria about my situation not once did she apologize for an inconvenience. She made me leave a she keep digging for info she call my wife a did not mention who she was when she called. I went back in different clothing Maria walked by me saying rude things about me an did not know I was behind her. She did not tell me have a good day or sorry for anything. I waited a whole week when this could have been taking care of from the time I took it in the first time. Best Buy need a direct phone line to the store to much run around with customer care which did not help my situation at all. 1 star. I apologize for having a long week. And she said we all do. Ive ran over 160 miles last month I have a llc which need a working printer and I work a 9-5. And to top it off it wasn’t a pleasant night. Over all Best Buy needs better employees!!!!!!

First time I've been back in around six years since buying my printer. I was negatively surprised at how differently the store layout and product lines were for computer related equipment. Plus the staff now seemed much younger than it was then. In fact the clerk could not tell me whether they carried a particular printer make and model for which I had the data. I found now that they all have HP and Epson computer printers. Only a lonely laser printer of the Brother line could be found. I was forced to go on line to Amazon and wait a week for delivery. Not happy doing that, but no choice.

First time here at best buy. I got a laptop but the customer support needs more employees and they are slow. But it's a good store.
