This is a cute store but the staff are unbelievably pushy and rude when it comes to requesting your phone number. I don't give my number out at stores for valid privacy reasons and while I understand that the sales clerks are incentivized to ask for your phone number, I think it's expected that when someone politely says no once, twice max, that should be the end of it. Instead both cashiers started arguing with me about why I should give them my phone number. And then to top it off - they didn't even give me a bag for my items when I wasn't carrying a purse or bag to put them in. It was like they were punishing me for not giving them my phone number. I won't be coming back.

Super friendly employees. I was very surprised to see that they had bigger sizes on hand since most places in the mall do not so I really appreciated that. Thank you for running a good business.

The customer service is great, they actually talk to you as though you were a friend which is nice, and the items are high quality!

This is a super fun store to visit. They have a lot of unique and nerdy products. They don't always have a lot of stuff in stock or all the sizes, but the website is really great. You can either order it in at the store or online, and they will deliver it in the store or to your door. They have adult and kids clothes, stuffties, pins, purses and so much more. The workers are fun, helpful, and know a lot about the nerd stuff they sell. Just be careful. It's easy to spend a LOT of money at this store. Luckily, they have good sells and you can get rewards when you buy there.

We always visit BoxLunch whenever we're at the mall. The selection of novelties is unique and plentiful. If you're looking for Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, or Anime items, give them a try!We found a life-sized, wax/LED replica of the candle from the Disney movie Encanto. It made for a great gift!BoxLunch also donates proceeds from sales to provide meals as charity.

My 100 dollar purse literally fell apart within a month.. the lady at the store said that the return policy was 7 days. Then I spoke with cooperate and they told me 90 days.. after I told the lady and showed her my broken purse, she literally said “that’s unfortunate” and walked away from me. She was rude and I will never shop here again.

Called to ask about a product they had on their Instagram but the sales person who answered didn’t know about the products they had in store. Very rude and absolutely no help at all.

They have a lot of stuff including Disney, Pokemon, and studio ghibli. It's kinda expensive, but honestly most named merchandise is. Overall, I enjoyed looking around, and glad to have something like this in the tri.

I was happy that we finally got a box lunch. Until the terrible service. Rude girl. I didn’t feel welcome there at all. Too bad I will never go back in.
