Kevin did an awesome job. Completed in a timely manner (exactly as he said it would be) and the repair was flawless - blended into out existing ceiling such that one could not tell where the repair was. Extremely personable. He cares about the people he serves and the job that is before him. I'm thrilled to have found him!

My friend who has the attention on details recommended Kevin and so I called him up for the jobs at my house. I needed to paint doors, window sills, walls, repair caulks, handrails, cabinets and deck, and replace a window. Kevin handled all jobs with ease. He accommodated our schedule, worked long hours, and communicated well before and after all jobs. We are happy with the results. I would recommend him because of his craftsmanship, work ethics and good communications.

I had a great experience with Kevin from Brock Construction during a recent property inspection. He was thorough and professional, spending over three hours carefully assessing the entire structure, including the foundation, beams, and floors. He provided a detailed report with clear explanations and photos, highlighting both the strengths and areas needing attention.
Kevin spent over three hours inspecting the property, including extensive work underneath the house. His inspection was comprehensive, covering everything from the condition of the lumber and insulation to the plumbing.
What stood out to me was Kevin’s thoroughness. His report made it clear that this property is a solid investment with a sound structure, and he provided recommendations for addressing the necessary repairs. His attention to detail and his assessment gave me great confidence in moving forward with the purchase.

I called Kevin Brock for a minor foundation crack repair on a house I just purchased. He came out to Walla Walla where I live to do the work. He was very communicative via text message, letting me know how far away he was and when to expect him. As a new homeowner who admittedly does not know a lot about construction and house maintenance, he was very patient and was great at explaining the process in a way I could understand. He repaired the foundation and the work looks great. The clean up was excellent too. You wouldn't even know he dug two feet down by my house! In addition, he pointed out some things I did not know about to consider doing in the future without pressuring me to commit to anything or even to go with him for them. The work was done for less money than we expected and was finished promptly. Kevin is very knowledgeable about house construction and can share a lot of wisdom. I also appreciate his attitude, which is less about tearing everything down and redoing everything and more about restoring, maintaining, and building off of what you already have. He was happy to chat about ideas for things that could be done with the house in a reasonable and affordable way.
It seems like everyone in this town has "a guy" they trust to do work for them. I think Kevin may be mine. I am hoping he can help me repair my deck next!

Kevin is knowledgeable and very capable of doing a great job ! He helped us build a beautiful privacy wall in the master bedroom. The wall looks great ! He is very easy to communicate and give very thoughtful planing before he started to work . We will definitely have him do more projects around the house .

Great contractor. They did several jobs for us including replacing roofing, siding repair, windows, a door and painting the house. They are focused on quality and value. Very reasonably priced and great job. Friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely use them again.
