Jeff is an outstanding and a first class person. Jeff is thoughtful, kind, and non judgmental. He was considerate of the various complexities of both my personal and business tax needs. Jeff was patient with me as I navigated Quickbooks and offered gentle encouragement when I most needed it. As a previous corporate executive and now a small business owner, I have worked with all sorts of professionals. Jeff is at the top of the list in regard to being detail focused, diligent, responsiveness and fairness. I am extremely impressed with his approach and am thankful to have him on my team. 5+ Stars! Professional, courteous and friendly. They’re knowledgeable about their work and pricing for services is reasonable. Been going to this business for a few years and they’re easy to talk to and understand, and receptionist staff are always kind as well.

Was not impressed at all was referred to this company by a coworker during my initial consultation I was told we had to stop because he had another client coming in that was not too impressive he had questions about my husband's disability said he'd have to talk to a senior executive he called me about a week later said they got it figured out that I could come in the paperwork would be at the front desk so that we could sign it make sure both of us were there to sign we arrived at the office the next day sat there for 20 minutes they could not find our paperwork told them we were leaving she called a little while later said they found it that we could come back and sign it or that they could email it. I chose for the email and to be charged almost $400 I am not impressed and will not be back.

Jonathan Holder at Burt's was amazing. From our first interaction with him we could tell he knew his stuff and was going to help guide us in the best way possible. His customer service and communication is wonderful. He handled our situation with care and make sure we were taken care of. We for sure be going back. We are life long customers now. :)
