I am addressing Pam F. who is reportedly the "owner". If I could give a zero stars rating for your PHARMACY I definitely would! I have been attempting to use your pharmacy for a year now. I can HONESTLY say I have NEVER had a pleasant experience there. I am absolutely appalled by the Pharmacy's lack of concern for their customers and their utter failure at providing good customer service. GET IT TOGETHER. I have had NUMEROUS issues with calling in prescriptions personally and when attempting to pick them up, I'm told they are NEVER ready in the time frame I specified. I was told today simply that "its just an automated response" when my script wasnt ready today after calling it in yesterday. If they cant abide within the time frames given over the phone when calling in prescriptions, they WHY IS THAT AN OPTION on the phone? No "Im so sorry" or even a estimation of WHEN it would be ready. Not the first time either. Staff is always surly, acting as if they'd rather be anywhere else. Your drive-thru has been "out of order" for over a month. Do you have any idea how that inconveniences your customers? I have noted 7 times where I was told the pharmacy "had not recieved" the prescription my doctor gave me, only to be assured by doctor's office that it had indeed been faxed several days earlier. I believe staff LIES to cover their incompetence. Is the fax machine "out of order" too? I think your employees are OUT OF ORDER. Will definitely be contacting your corporate headquarters as well as MOVING my prescriptions to another pharmacy. As a small business owner myself, I know what customer service standards should be and your PHARMACY should be ashamed of itself.

I have been going here for the last 8 months switched from another sucky establishment to the next. This is absolutely insane, if it isn't already a hassle with insurance companies and navigating our medical system, this place adds to that stress. Seriously, shame on you. Please address this location and get some serious help there. I take two medications daily and every 3 months i go in to pick up my refill after filling out my requests online. Rewind to March. I place my request and go pick up my medication. They tell me theres an issue with your name as i just got married. Got it fixed and went to pick up. Mind you the woman i dealt with on this was awfully rude and hostile. I chopped it up to understaffing and overworking. Let it slide. But it wasn't ready for pick up. Finally went back a day later it was good to go, Now to June. Place the online requests To pick up the EXACT medication. The exact same woman. Ruder than snot. They denied my request because my maiden name again doesn't match the medication due to getting married. Fine. I call my provider get this rectified. Go back the next day, same woman she tells me its not ready come back later. I go back the next day, I'm told "there's an insurance issue. You need to call your insurance" i finally said "i was just here yesterday and you just now tell me this? I just dealt with you yesterday and you were rude last time. She proceeded to gaslight me and try to tell me "it wasn't me." Yea okay, so call my insurance and they said "everything is fine on our end." Call rite aid back and tell them. The SAME Pharm tech then states "you called them are you sure?" Then says "ill call them them." She calls and get the answer. As if i would lie, and why wouldn't they try if in the first place anyways. I go back the next day, I'm told they aren't ready AGAIN! I finally got my medication 5 days 5 attempts later. Mind you these are thyroid hormones not even scheduled medications. Here we are 3 months-ish later. I received a third medication my provider contacted them and added it. Show up, I'm told "oh you need a prior auth." Fine. Call my provider got it. Called to verify i was on hold immediately with no answer for 15 mins. Finally hang up and call back later that afternoon. 15 mins later someone finally answers. Guess what? Not ready for pick up and we have no estimated time for availability. Rite aid get it together. The amount of run around and hassle is a travesty. Makes me wonder how many elderly patients can't navigate this and give up. I know i wont be going here much longer.

Called at 10 Am on 8/22 to fill two prescriptions to be ready 4 hours later. So I theoretically should have been able to pick this up after 2 Pm I drove up 6 hours later, thinking that I can give them more time... Yet, even at 4 Pm, I was told it is not ready but that they "are working on it as we speak"... So I think of course, this will be soon. Still waited another 2 hours and my husband drove to finally pick this up. (I wonder what happened to the "we are working on it right now?!...) Because he was told, "Well, it is not ready". No "sorry" of any kind (not that that would have made this acceptable, but could have softened the upset) Which is so ridiculous! I came back this morning, now 8/23 and filled the two prescriptions at the window. OR SO I THOUGHT!!!! Nothing was said. I paid, received the paper bag and left. Of course thinking that I had both. Coming home I see I only have ONE. So I must assume they forgot to give me both, since nothing was said. I tried calling but gave up after holding for 20 minutes!!!! Now back in drive up (now there for the fourth time) I find out, that I can't get the other prescription. Apparently the second prescription was out of stock. Of course I am upset since this wasn't mentioned when I picked up what I assumed, was the ENTIRE prescription. I can't believe this poor level of communication! She NEVER said sorry at all. Just coldly said "we can see if another RiteAid has it if you want to pick it up now".... Look. I work in customer service myself and this is as bad of an experience as it gets! AWFUL. We have used RiteAid for years and after this MESS will be switching to CVS or Walgreens. So much is wrong with this approach and your service. I get overwhelmed at work as well, but not even a hint of caring or sorry...and all the mistakes on YOUR end! Lets not mention that your people aren't trained in the simplest of service approach, like greeting and involving customers, potentially de-escalating many occurring situations. LIKE when I was needing a prescription a few months ago, before going to work. I was inside the store this time and the Pharmacy that should be open at 9 Am had their blinds down half way at 9:20...and a pharmacy associate was frantically counting the cash drawer...I know things happen and who knows, who might have called in sick that day... HOWEVER... She (and other pharmacy employees) complete ignored me completely (actually also acted as though the two other customers in line before me didn't even exist).... We where air and they did not dare acknowledge us. EVER. After 20 minutes in line, not addressed by anyone seeing us standing right in front of them, two of us left (I had to go to work to not be late).. the lady at front of line was very upset as well but had no choice to wait. This Pharmacy, it's poorly trained staff with unacceptable customer service is too much. I will look forward to a better pharmacy for our families needs as of now! Well, after I fill the last refill, tomorrow if the Gods are on my side, I will hopefully receive (on my 5th trip) this final refill. Today is September 15th. Against my better judgment I went back again to refill a cream that my dermatologist had called in. At home I find out that they gave me the WRONG prescription. Went back to the store and again nobody says they're sorry or anything. They actually looked at me and said "we can't do refunds on prescription". Needless to say I got pretty angry and said, I am not leaving until I get my refund. And seriously, I almost used the wrong cream. That is unconscionable and potentially dangerous! Since they realized, I'm not going anywhere unless I get my money back, they did issue a refund and now I will hopefully receive the correct cream and pick it up tonight. It is unclear to me how they can refill some thing that I already filled about six weeks ago and not the prescription that was literally called in that day. This was truly the last straw, I will never go back to this

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. My prescription is never ready when I show up 6-10hrs after being called in. This time I decided to give "extra" time to make sure I don't wait. I show up and it's not ready, I will have to wait 2 more hours. My prescription was called in 30 hours ago. I feel like they don't care to fill my prescription until I show up to get it. I will never use this pharmacy again. Do better!

I've used this pharmacy for many years because it's literally a few blocks away from my home; but I have to say that the service declines steadily and has done so for several years. Every single time I use them I leave very upset vowing to never return. Today I waited in the drive through for 25 minutes (3 cars ahead of me) and when finally reaching the window had to wait another 5 minutes to be helped. Prescriptions from the emergency room were dropped off that morning and supposed to be filled after 4 hours....(according to their estimate) which is the time I returned. They are still not ready. Had to go back again later. We've had other occasions (like coming home from a surgical procedure) where you would appreciate quicker service........but to no avail. Literally 45 minute waits in the waiting area. When they were located at the Kennewick mall area this was never an issue. Nor does it seem to be a problem at the Ely and 395 store. For 6 years I have refrained from saying anything. But today....Waiting in my car for 25 minutes to drive away with nothing.....after giving them 4 hours they asked for ended my battle with them. I will drive across town many miles out of my way and probably get my RX sooner without the disappointment, anger and frustration. I know everyone feels their own needs are important and I do not think I deserve better service than anyone else - but I'm old enough to know what poor service is and stop rewarding it with continued patronage. There's too much competition to run a business this way.

This is my go to Pharmacy and has been for many years. All the employees are great to deal with, very helpful when needed. From the clerk to help you find what you need. To the Professionals in the Pharmacy, they do it right. I am thankful for them all...

What a poor excuse for a pharmacy! I've been going there for 3 years, always filling my prescriptions on the 20th of each month! This month, I'm going on vacation out of the country, so I submit my prescriptions early, and then find out that they can't fill two of them, due to "insurance plan" problems. They made no attempt to explain the situation to the insurance company, just called to find out why the reimbursement was denied! Then said they could fill it early, if I would pay the full price! Of course the cost would have been over double what I pay annually for my prescription plan, and naturally, my secondary insurance won't pay for it early either (thought they didn't bother to contact them). I'm going elsewhere in the new year, and hopefully taking all the business that I can elsewhere! I had CVS for the previous 15 years, and almost never a problem! In 3 years with these guys, it's been one problem, after another problem, after another! And, AMAZINGLY, it's never their fault!!! I suggest you cross these folks off your list, and find someone else who cares about their patients to take care of your pharmaceutical needs.

Always "extremely behind". When I come hours after my RX is supposed to be ready. Seriously don't waste your time filling prescriptions here!

I'm not sure why there are less than sterling reviews posted...I've been going to this particular pharmacy for years now and am a satisfied customer! Of course there have been "mishaps" but with the sheer volume of customers, the insurance hassles and other paperwork, and dealing with doctors...you have to expect things won't always be perfect. I have a lot of respect for the hectic work they do...and I have always been treated well. It's not fair to judge this pharmacy based on an occasional unfortunate experience; I feel compelled to voice my own opinion as I am a frequent customer and back my positive review with YEARS of good service.
