After dropping off a friend at work, I refueled my vehicle at this gas station, accompanied by my service dog, Phoebe. Since I didn't have the appropriate payment method for the pump, I entered the store with Phoebe in my arms to pay. I observed a disapproving glare from the lady behind the counter.
When I returned to pumping gas, I noticed that a bottle of rubbing alcohol had spilled and some had gotten into Phoebe's eyes. I rushed back inside, only to be met with further hostility from the lady behind the counter, who demanded I leave my service animal outside. Despite explaining the situation, the lady remained uncooperative and rude, leaving a sour taste in my mouth. This experience was not an isolated incident, as I have found the staff at this establishment to be consistently unfriendly.

Disgusting bathrooms that you cannot use unless you buy something, which the lady at the counter will tell you with no small hint of attitude. Sink had no handle, most of the bathroom is dirty and gray. Gas pump itself seemed clean and fine.

Pump wouldn’t read my card, and then I noticed the entire front of the pump was duct taped on. Sketchy.

Misleading gas prices to get customers to stop by and pump gas. Prices are off by a dollar or more. Not a big fan of liars.

We have been stopping at this station for years as we travel to and from Spokane. Thus past Thursday night 6/15 we made our usual stop at about 10pm. Gassed up our rig went in to use the restroom and pay snacks. The cashier didn't even acknowledge us so I spoke up asking to if a key was still needed for the restrooms she finally looked up from her phone and said they're closed! I said well you're still open and we're cash paying customers so we need to use the restroom and She refused! I asked for her name and manager's name and number. She stated she can't give me that it's policy. Such bullshit ! Never going there again.

Greedy. Don't let you use the bathroom. Staff were rude, try to guilt you into buying something if you want to piss, even if you're buying gas.

Feel very unsafe at this station. Many times there are lots of homeless with mental issues roaming around. Hit or miss with friendly staff. It is dirty and outrageous air prices. 2 bucks for 5 minutes of air to fill tires !! It takes close to 5 mins to get situated and fill one tire let alone four! Most times I'll drive to my old Chevron in W. Richland to fill my tank because it's clean, friendly and feels safer. I really miss my old Chevron and my home near there too.
