“Came in to browse not expecting to find a semi-formal dress but hoping. The only employee in the store was a super friendly and helpful girl with glasses that immediately found out what my daughter liked and needed then took her around and found 5 different options while not ignoring other customers. She checked on us without being pushy and talked like a friend. We will be coming back many more times. And my daughter found her dress there too!”
“Tammy from hand bags, I appreciate you and your kind efforts to make my mother feel welcomed. Most clerks/ cashiers see that my mother struggles with her English and avoid her if I’m not there to translate. I left my mother for a moment to be in the fitting rooms and as I rush out. I find out my mother is being helped by this lovely lady named Tammy. She works in the handbags section and even though it appeared she did NOT know Spanish, she did her absolute best to communicate KINDLY to my mother.
She has real customer service skills, any corporation would be fortunate enough to have her. This wasn’t
the first time I’ve encountered her either, she has always been this way. We’re not even from this city, so it’s always a delight to see people who actually love their jobs and appreciate human decency.

“This is an amazing little shop for baby clothes and accessories. As soon as you walk in you know you’re buying something great for the little ones in your life. Also, they have an amazing seamstress! I came into this shop on word of mouth. I brought 3 full leather jobs for her. She took us in on the spot and knocked it out of the park! Highly recommend this place! I’d give 10 out of five stars! Best customer service in the Tri Cities!”
