My parents just now went to this location and went to get gas however the machine was not working and went inside to get help from a cashier named Ignacio L. They were treated incredibly disrespectfully and the money that was spent on gas was almost thrown at them. They were unable to get gas and had to leave due to this incident. He failed to give my parents all of their change. During this whole incident my mom remained educated and calm.

Self checkout has made this store the worst one among all tri-cities. Some cashiers are awesome others get attitude with you for wanting to pay first before you get your polar pop. I was just told I had to use Self checkout. I was told it goes against policy to use the register instead of me using the self checkout.

Literally NEVER any hot food for the new meal deals,, no hash browns, pizza, or breakfast Sammy’s.. if you ask N employee they go “uhhhhh well I can make you one” it’s your awkward and frustrating to sit there by the line for ten mins while they cook a hash brown that should be ready to grab and eat,, I work in connell and that circle k never has any issues with a full deli of food

Wish I could give no stars. The rudest staff I have encountered in the tri cities circle K’s. The lady Rhonda that works there hates her job and will take her own sweet time and be so rude to you for no reason. She should be fired. Dont go here unless you plan on spending 10 minutes or so standing in line. Ridiculous

You guys are gouging people with your overpriced fuel $.30-$.40 higher than anywhere else in the Tri-City and your pumps are slower than heck. Took 15 minutes to get 2 gallons so I’ll make sure I don’t stop Circle K ever again. You guys gouge people you don’t care who you screw

When this store first opened up it was the biggest nicest Cirkle-K in the entire area. Now it has gone down hill quite a bit. First the store is often very dirty. Bathrooms often out of hand towns and toilet paper. Also the floor often bathroom seems to be the garbage can. The day I posted this review was no different but included a bathroom sink that was plugged and barley draining. The store is kept stocked well. Other then the fountain drinks and icee's today all of the Icee machines were out-of-order. And almost half the soda pop selections out of stock. It is hard to believe this location has been let go this bad considering it is in maybe the wealthiest part of town.

Went in today to get pops. They now require that you get the lids from the employees upfront. I went in with two special needs adults. One went up to get lids and didn't know they got the wrong size. Went up and apologized saying we needed the xl lids. One of the employees said that's why we give them out so we don't have to waste them. I said excuse me. They are special needs and didn't realize the size. Don't need to be rude about it. If you are going to have employees that cannot be nice to others why do they work there. This isn't the first time I have come across an employee at this circle k that has been abrupt and rude.

No receipt at the pump. 6 people in line at the register because the pump isn't providing receipts. Why not put a note on the pump for those of us that NEED a receipt??????

The self check out is so dumb. Never going here again it took me 20 mins to pay for gas and the person working wouldn’t help me. I’m not going to sit here for 20 mins trying to pay for something when I just worked 12 hours. I’ll gladly go elsewhere.

Randomly closed - on a pretty regular basis. I also found the staff to be incredibly rude, even by convenience store standards. Save yourself time/ frustration and drive past this place - they don't want you there anyhow.

I hate going into any circle k, The list of why is longer than i'm going to take the time to post.
Here are a few.
1. The self check...RIDICULOUS
2. Food.. I like the pizza, I have no idea how much they spent on the pizza ovens but it doesn't matter because none of the stores ever have pizza cooked!
3. It's just a really bad company. If you want to know what I mean by that just try calling their customer service number sometime you'll see what I mean screw this place.

The little Mexican girl working night shift is so rude. Cursing at customers. She's a very angry person not sure why she's working a job that has to deal with people I personally will not go back to the store unless she's no longer employed there I don't deserve to be cursed at duef to her being frustrated

Floors were sticky and there were cups and paper left around the fountain. The nozzle on the soda fountain was so sticky that it wouldn't shut off.
