I shop at this circle k a lot. Get all my gas snacks drinks all of it. Well I didn't have time to go to a smoke shop for a vape and I seen them in stock at the circle k so I figured I'd try it.
Worse mistake ever. My last $20 I go there to get a vape and the guy that was working there helping me out even said they aren't cheep quality and I trusted him. I buy it, leave and come home. Didn't open it right away because I have my kid to take care of so waited till nap time. I go to open it and come to fins out it doesn't work. So I drive back to the store and see if they will swap it out and get told since I didn't open it in the store and try it there is nothing they can do. Like yall really want me to vape in the store.. I told the guy I know it's not his fault but to let his manager know they need to stop selling them and take them down. Literally stealing people's money.
Also I would like to add they never said anything about needing to be opened in the store for a return policy nor is it posted in the store.

Do not like the new self checkout function. No clear instructions. If you remove an item it things you are done. You have to put all your items on the checkout tray. I purchased 2 bottles of water and it tried to charge me an incorrect amount. Helpful clerk was present who fixed the situation.
Store is clean and well stocked. Gas is priced lower than many other gas stations in area. Clerks are friendly. My complaint is with the technology.
Will not purchase anything from the store if I have to continue to use the self checkout station. 100% sucks!

Their parking lots, at EVERY Circle k in Tri-Cities is ALWAYS dirty and garbage cans are ALWAYS overflowing! Does anyone there ever do any outside of the store work?! Nasty

Mf got the damn store closed while he's on break? I ain't ever seen a circle k closed. I get everyone needs breaks even for this job, but fr, hire more people, schedule them so they can take breaks, and the store still be run instead of us having to go somewhere else. Waste of time. People got places to be. Its a gas station, quick stop. Not wait 8 to 10 min before being able to get your shi and go. 07/21/2024.

Was refused service because I had my fanny bag on carrying my emergancy medical medication. Was told to leave it at the door, I explained to the cashier I could not do that due to it being medical medication and was there for a BOTTLE OF WATER for my medication. My truck was being worked on across the street.I was yelled at and was told to get out and was refused service. This is horrible since I just had to take my medication from a mechanics sink in a oil shop across the street..

Very nice remodel, i love coming to this one. I just left the one off Washington Street, and it's always such a cluster getting in and out. I couldn't even get in to get gas, so i came down to this one. WOW, it's so much nicer and easier and always friendly employees working. Maybe a little clean-up around the gas pumps wouldn't hurt, but other than that, this will be my go-to gas station. Thank you. Highly recommend
