Took my money half the options didn’t work. I emailed them asking for a refund and got no answer

I used my credit card and it will not shut off and is continuing to charge me as i write this and there is no phone number to call

Not much soap or was in the sprayer. Wash was a bit mote than competitors within 3 miles.
