Great deals and you can use food stamps for food. However they don't allow you to use MasterCard at all. My first Costco card was in Phoenix Arizona and I used a MasterCard for the membership and purchases never had a problem. Kennewick Costco however they don't allow it and are often rude to you if you try. Even my bank card is a MasterCard so I can only pay using cash or food stamps for everything

Staff is usually friendly & knowledgeable about products & placement or products. Store is always clean and well stocked. Selection or products are always changing and produce a verity. They provide regular checkout & "self checkout" , For the "self checkout" it feels like they are hovering over you and start take your products out and scanning it evening when your not ready. If it's indeed self check out give customers some space unless help is requested. Makes me feel rushed & helicoptered. *today tried the cookie that replaced the churro. Chewy in the middle good balance of chocolate throughout cookie but a little Burt on the edges. Will try again at our next visit.

This place (like Sam's club) has good prices on certain items. Their rotisserie chickens are great and they have great prices on their croissant rolls. The samples are always a nice little treat and help you to spend a little bit more than you planned to. The cafe is great for a quick bite before you shop or even after. Just make sure that you check the prices before you go because not all of their items are really bargains. The self check-out scanners are good, and you have the option to use them if you want to or not, however, they are card or EBT only, and cash is not accepted there.

I honestly don't think that I've had more of a horrible experience in any kind of store in the 30+ years I have been shopping. The cashier and the assistant was by far the icing on the cake. When you go up to somebody's grocery cart, you shouldn't automatically assume that all the items in the two carts that they had were all one transaction. Then toss the item back into the cart and not say a word to the customer and walk away. I understand it is the holidays and everything gets kind of crowded. But there is no need to employees treat you like you are second and you should be privileged to shop there. As I'm trying to pay for everything, I gave her the wrong credit card. Then she announced in a high tone. That we do not take that credit card and you will have to give us another form of payment. Embarrassed, and now in full panic mode I finally gave her the right one. I was trying to get her to slow down so I can watch the prices on the register. When I started walking out with my receipt, I noticed there was two items on there that were out of my price range. When I was looking at the item I didn't notice any other price than the $11.99 that was suggested above the bin. and trying to find somebody tonight that works there. It was pretty hard when you don't go there on a regular basis. If nobody knows everyone as a Costco employee is allowed to wear regular clothing. This means that if you are trying to look for somebody in a Costco uniform, you are not going to find them. All they have is a name tag on. So as I was trying to check out and being pushed through the line like some conveyor belt and shoved out the door. I Notice the extravagant price that they had on the item. So as I'm walking out the door, I stopped and showed the older gentleman that was checking the receipts.and that I had an issue even though he was nice.. it was how they said about "taking the item off" , like you were talking to some rich, extravagant, jackass you not having that money to purchase that item and you were beneath them. So he told me to go back over to the customer service and they can take that off. So that's exactly what I did as I stood there. Waiting for me to be called so they can help me take the two items that were over $60 off my receipt. And the woman that was standing there telling me what a fantastic deal it was and they weren't going to find it anywhere else. I tried to explain to her that there was no sign posted on how much it was, and all she could say is hmmm.... that's weird anyway that is a really good price that you're gonna get and you're not gonna get it anywhere else!.. I explained to her that I could not find anybody to tell me the exact price. And when I went to go pay for my items I was shoved through and pushed out so fast they didn't give me time to even ask the question. When the price came out to $333.62 I was so embarrassed. I just gave them my credit card. I honestly don't think I will ever go back to the one in Tri-Cities ever again. I don't care how much money you make an hour. I don't care if your company sits there and pays you to walk around and give out these pieces of candy to your snob of employees! And then being shoved through the check outline and pushed out like some cattle to a butcher factory. It just amazes me that there were so many people standing there trying to help one another (employees), but when it comes to helping a customer We were like beneath them, and how dare you not have enough money to pay for for this! And just an fyi... for anyone shopping online with Costco you pay anywhere between 2 to 3 dollars extra for each item! it's not worth it. It's not worth the time energy or effort to go all the way there to Shop and try to get a good deal. All you have to do is just go to Safeway or Albertsons or Walmart and get the exact same thing or even cheaper. And at least there you don't have to worry about employees treating you like utter crap! And if you do need help, all they

Costco is a membership-based warehouse club that offers a wide variety of products in bulk, ranging from groceries and electronics to furniture and clothing. One of the key advantages of shopping at Costco is the competitive pricing on high-quality items, made possible through bulk purchasing. Their Kirkland Signature brand is particularly well-regarded for offering quality products at lower prices.Another strong point is their generous return policy, which gives customers peace of mind when making a purchase. Additionally, Costco provides various services like optical and pharmacy services, gas stations, and even travel planning, making it a one-stop-shop for many consumers. However, the store’s large size and sometimes overwhelming product assortment can make for a time-consuming shopping experience. And you do need to pay for a membership to shop there, which may not be worth it for everyone, depending on how frequently you shop.Overall, Costco has a strong reputation for value and quality but may not be suitable for those looking for a quick, in-and-out shopping experience.

Ok just gonna say how much I love this store. It's a little weird checking out but the staff is super helpful, the samples are dynamite, and the prices are very fair. They have a little bit of everything in here and it gets better every time I go.

Tonight I went to get some food in the food court after I shopped. I was number 723. We got a Churro, pizza and soda. My order was staged aside from the pepperoni pizza slice. They were running low on pepperoni pizza and there were a few orders ahead that they cleared out the current pizza pie. They were cooking them quickly for a fast turn around once the pizza was out. They called 725 and 726 which both included pepperoni pizza. I thought that was strange, so I went up to the counter where the employees were to just say hey, did my ticket get lost. I just wanted to make sure, noticed you called 725 & 726 and I was 723. She said it’s there, just not ready yet. I said oh okay, no problem…. I wait for another 10 minutes(in total 20 for a slice of pizza) They push out multiple additional orders (after my number) including pep slices and still don’t call mine out. I am not sure why, but when I finally went back up there I asked for the pepperoni slice from the employee who was gunna give it to someone else (again… after my number) and grabbed my other two items that were sitting there. They knew I was waiting and only needed a pep slice to complete my order but wouldn’t finish it. Probably didn’t like that I questioned, but mistakes happen and I just wanted to be sure… terrible customer service over a slice of pizza.
