Edit: i am not changing review. I finally got my prescriptions filled 18 days later. The Aetna/CVS partnership may be good for stockholders, but, it definitely doesn't work for the consumer.
Forced to go here due to Aetna.
Have been trying for the past 12 days to switch my prescriptions and the still have not filled it despite my medical provider sending in the new prescription since they are too frightened to fax a request from Walgreens. I am out of my meds.
Completely incompetent.

If your insurance doesn't force you to use this pharmacy, stay away. Stay far away. I had to go to them because my insurance only used them. It took me several trips to get my scripts in their profile. So many trips I lost count. Every time I went in, they had something wrong. EVERY. EFFING. TIME! If you want to call and talk to a pharmacist you will have to leave a message for them to call you back. You better be sitting by the phone because if you miss their call, you'll have to call and leave another message.
Luckily I have changed jobs and now get to get away from CVS. My faith in their ability to get everything wrong extends to the point that I told my new pharmacy to call my doctor for my orders so CVS won't get the opportunity to goof it up again.
Seriously, if you don't have to use them. Don't.

First time using this pharmacy because of an insurance change gave me a medication I didn’t need and won’t refund even tho it wasn’t opened. Please go elsewhere save your money!

Very knowledgeable pharmacist. No long waits for prescriptions. Very good prices compared to Rite Aid. Once the Doctor faxed in the medication they got it filled in a very timly manner. I recommend this pharmacy. Very good experience. No long lines to wait in to pickup prescriptions.

They wouldn't transfer my prescriptions from my previous pharmacy they REQUIRE me to have the Doctor submit all new prescriptions. Didn't transfer my prescriptions to my new pharmacy

I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 3 years now. The two pharmacists are knowledgeable and friendly. They’ve gone out of their way a few times to ensure safety with medication dosing.One downside: They seem to go through techs like crazy, though. I have patience for new folks who are learning but it gets a bit ridiculous after a while.Overall, really happy with this pharmacy and it is a DREAM compared to the Richland CVS

Constantly short me on medication, and there's absurdly long waits for refills. If your medication is required for you to stay alive, you'll probably die waiting for refills.

The pharmacist Brian is so good on what he does. He explains new medications on what to expect and what to avoid for optimum level of efficacy. Staff is so client friendly and welcoming. Kudos to the team!
