I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 3 years now. The two pharmacists are knowledgeable and friendly. They’ve gone out of their way a few times to ensure safety with medication dosing. One downside: They seem to go through techs like crazy, though. I have patience for new folks who are learning but it gets a bit ridiculous after a while.Overall, really happy with this pharmacy and it is a DREAM compared to the Richland CVS

Your automated voice message system is a nightmare to get through.

Constantly short me on medication, and there's absurdly long waits for refills. If your medication is required for you to stay alive, you'll probably die waiting for refills.

This CVS is so backed up. It takes forever to get prescriptions. They need more help.

In December TriCare military insurance forced us to switch our pharmacy exclusively to CVS. It was a little bumpy at first but turned out ok in the beginning. We are now told that CVS will no longer mail our prescription which were a huge benefit considering the high cost of gas and the distance of 5 miles to pick up at the store. I'd like to know what genius made that monumentally stupid decision and explain why? I even offered to pay for it myself since CVS has my credit card info to cover copay to also cover the cost of mailing. Will someone explain why because I'm about to cancel mine and my wifes accounts and switch to Scrips since they will mail to us.

After I made multiple complaints, they finally changed the waiting line so customers were not standing shoulder to shoulder in the sanitary napkin/condom/lubricant/diaper/pregnancy test aisle. That was an improvement. The text messages regarding when your prescription will be ready are fiction. They refill meds after you request they stop. There is zero privacy at their window. Feels like a McPharmacy.

Good service compared with other pharmacies. They were kind enough to explain me how my insurance works and what to do in order to obtain my prescription. I just think personnel in pharmacies deserve better working conditions

Very knowledgeable pharmacist. No long waits for prescriptions. Very good prices compared to Rite Aid. Once the Doctor faced in the medication they got it filled in a very rely manner. I recommend this pharmacy. Very good experience. No long lines to wait in to pickup prescriptions.

Prescriptions are NEVER ready on time. Repeated “come back in an hour” to find them still not even started.

i'd give zero stars if i could. i needed a refill on a very important medication so i made a refill request online and i got an email that the prescription would be ready within a couple hours. so then i called ahead to make sure it was ready and the pharmacist said it wasn't filled and that they'd contact my doctor for approval and that it'd be ready within a few hours. so a few hours later i called again and was told that a message was never sent to my doctor and that my prescription still wasn't filled. it took four days to try and find a single pharmacist that wasn't so careless but they just never helped. finally i called RITE AID and said that i had been out of my medication for several days and needed a refill; in which the pharmacist acknowledged the importance of my missing medication and immediately refilled that prescription. long story shot: don't risk your health and go to rite aid where they take things seriously.
