Downtown Mercantile is a fun little shop and a treasure in Downtown Kennewick. It is a beautiful, picturesque boutique full of fun treasures. The store offers a great selection of jewelry, stones, gems, beads, rocks, crystals, antiques, trinkets, home décor, and thrift clothes. They have handcrafted gifts, locally made treasures, and one-of-a-kind items, always putting new things out. The staff is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, generous, and easy to chat with. Prices are amazing, very reasonable, and fair, with options for negotiation and layaway. It is an absolute must-visit for anyone looking to support a small business and discover unique items.

Absolutely love this store - probably my favorite store in tricities. Great selection of beads, rocks, decor and more. Amazing prices too. I always see something new that catches my eye when I go in. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff too! I will continue to go back over and over!
