Weirdest thing the lady yesterday asked me for my email, I gave it to her and then she typed a little longer. Suddenly on my screen i’m apart of their rewards program with my name spelt wrong and she didn’t ask me if i wanted to be? Seems like she was just trying to sign a new person up without asking. I went in around 11:10. Will be shopping online now because the girls were too busy talking at the register to ask anyone if they needed help and then they do that. Customer service has really gone downhill, especially around holidays.

The lack of personality and customer service skills, and a willingness to help my mother find a pair of shoes! Didn't exist with employee on the morning of 7/10/23. Sadly no purchase was made.
