Carla is the reason we keep coming back. Shes taken care of my families needs every time and is always so informative and kind. Eye Mart is lucky to have her. On our last visit we got help from another associate with colored hair who told us our insurance wouldn’t cover the glasses and though I tried to explain to her that it would she flat out refused to try and run it. We came back for Carla and everything went smooth. It does seem the other associate with colored hair has a tendency to shoo customers away as she mentioned to one about Walmart and Costco and right as we were leaving she gave another customer the same VSP rant and made them think it wouldn’t cover glasses. Thank you Carla for always going above and beyond!

My wife got glasses and she was happy with the gal that helped her. She gets 5 stars in our book the gal that helped us was so knowledgeable about the glasses. What would work for her prescription and what would not. It was a joyful experience. We will definitely go back

It was my first time here and im glad I came in. Carla was very friendly and attentive. She helped me pick out my new glasses and with my very frist prescription sunglasses! Great customer service. 10 out 10 would recommend.

Eyemart express is fast and efficient. I went in to get my daughter glasses and the representative that helped me, Laurie awesome!! She was kind and efficient. They gave me my daughter's glasses the same day. Definitely recommend going to this location for eye needs.

I have glaucoma and my prescription changes frequently.At any rate I'm hard on glasses and haven't had a pair since 2022.So I picked up my last prescription and headed over to EYEMART EXPRESS.In an hour I had two nice looking and fitting glasses.No more looking right at something and not seeing it.And It only cost 200.00 I got transitions coating on one.And a one hour investment in time.I didn't even have to way there.they sent me a text when the glasses were done!?

Horrible experience!! Staff is super rude . They are very impatient in regards to explaining their policies. They asked me for my social security number for my insurance. I bought two pairs of glasses and said I didn’t want the warranty, but I did want the anti glare lens. They did not add the anti glare lens to my glasses! I called to see if there was anything I could do, they responded rudely and said they’re all set there is nothing they could do. My only option was to buy another pair of glasses. I would recommend going elsewhere, don’t waste your time here.
