Fed Ex Rep successfully helped me with my package/shipment. With some difficulty we were able to find a way to get my package shipped. And work together. A little pushy/Impatient BUT it was the end of night and they were closing so it's Understandable. Bottom line I got what I needed shipped. 3.5 stars.
