Today I had the pleasure of noticing how respectful this driver was going down our gravel rd, I thought to myself wow our guy finally slowed down. Well to my surprise it was someone new and she was very respectful of our rd, so I stopped her on her way back to tell her thank you and got her name. People like her need to be recognized so thank you very much Veronica. You deserve a raise in my eyes!!! God bless

Was there to send multiple items to multiple locations. Kadi helped me and was super professional, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using FedEx again for all my shipping needs!

RUDE RUDE RUDE!! Employees Brenna and Jami laughed in my face when asked what account they needed. When they needed the account number which was not said. Ever employee I've encountered at this location has been rude and unprofessional. I'd give them negative stars if I could!!

Fedex guy has been placing everyone's packages in weird spots in their yards instead of by the doors or houses. My package is literally on the fence in my back yard and anyone could come by and take it and I wouldn't have known it was delivered.

The store manager, I believe her name was kali or Kaie she was very helpful and polite and immediately came up to me and asked if I needed help with something even though they were busy. I will definitely be coming back here for any of my office and shipping needs and will be referring all of my colleagues to here also.

I am always pleasantly surprised when I visit this store and use their services. Today Darren helped me. He thought of a couple of solutions to help with the issue I was having with my large format print. He helped me find the most cost-effective way possible to get my project done. I really appreciate that kind of attitude and customer service.

My package was “attempted to be delivered” without anyone knocking and was late a day, even though I paid for express shipping. I will never work with fedex again! Don’t ship with fedex

Brenna was so helpful! She stepped right in to guide me in printing something off my phone, kept my 4 year old autistic son busy and made my visit short and productive! This stressed mamma really appreciated her calm, cheerful helpfullness!
