I came almost in an emergency and Alex helped me. They have the tires in stock and good service. I knew it would be more difficult because it's the weekend, some places close early, but finally I took my new tires and installed them without fear of having problems on the road, thanks to Alex and his team.

Stay away from this place,!! Absolutely a scam and outrageous quotes, liars POS!!!!! We're going to charge me 400$ for a simple spark plug replacement for my car. They think the customer is a idiot or something. Never Go there to get service on your vehicles.

Horrible customer service they ruined my car no accountability zero communication or compensation but they’ll suck your last doller out your pocket before you leave and then your car will break down too!! I am begging anybody who has car trouble do not go there they can not be trusted! The automated response is also not reliable I’ve been waiting for a response from Hr for a week the area manager still hasn’t got back to me! Went in for a oil change and inspection and paid 1500$ and then another 440$ for their mistakes paid for all my toes and now my car is leaving there today on a flat bed they will hustle u and then ignore! It’s criminal the way my property has been ruined! And I have nobody to help me!!

You pay top dollar here, but they stand behind their products and work; fix what needs fixed, and do it faster, cheaper, and better than most dealerships. They are the only ones who touch my fleet vehicle and do all our personal vehicle tires, alignments, and brakes. Doesn't matter if they sold it or another Firestone did. They make it right.

My family broke down with a blown water pump at the beginning of our long trip to Lake Havasu. We got towed to this Firestone location. They were efficient, treated us well, and got us out of there in 5 hours and back on the road. We had zero issues after, and had a wonderful trip with no more automotive issues! They were courteous and friendly. Thanks guys!

My appointment was scheduled for 9am and I was sure I put Kennewick as I never use any other store unless I am out of town! Well the app changed it to Pasco, they still fit me in and got my car done in two hours. I have never been treated badly or talked into getting something I don’t need. I love this store.

This branch took care of what I needed done. Made an online appointment in the morning on a Friday for 3 PM. Arrived at the chosen time but they did not have me in the system. Talking with the service rep he recommended that you always call directly to the location you want service from due to the fact when you go through Firestone online it goes to some customer service center somewhere that tries to be your middleman and set up your appointment with the local service centers and they don’t always accomplish it.
They got me in right then and there and got my needed alignment done.
