Just stellar. Great customer service and the work impeccable. We had a complication in that we don't live in town -- and it would be a month before we returned. Frank and Sons completed the work, put a charge on the car (EV) and housed it for us until we could return. They even offered to have us pick up outside of working hours if it made our return to town easier. So grateful to have found them -- and to have our car back, whole again!

Super helpful, got me in quickly, worked with my insurance! Returned the car vacuumed and looking great! Sheryl in the office is a Gem and so patient and Tim was great to work with. Communication was great. Would highly recommend this shop and team!

Unfortunately, My parked car sustained some damage a few weeks ago so I took it to Frank and Sons. Today it was returned to me in beautiful condition by Tim from there!
Great job everyone!! Sheryl has been wonderful keeping me updated on the progress of repairs.

This is the third time I have been to Frank & Sons on Columbia Drive. Last 2 times with its current owner, the first time when it was still Jacks. Everytime I leave there happy and with a beautiful vehicle. They fixed my 4Runner & most recently, last month or so, my Camry. I stopped by there today actually, and they adjusted my door, which had sagged a bit. No charge and it was finished in 5 minutes. They didn't have to adjust it as they hadn't removed my door as previously thought. They fixed it, just because thats who they are. They are usually a few weeks out, but a busy shop is a good shop. Don't waste your time going anywhere else, choose these guys. Highly recommend and a customer for LIFE. But truthfully, I hope I never have to use them again. But my luck hasn't been the best when it comes to the ability to keep my body panels straight.

Friendly, fast, and very frank with you!
Frank and sons Auto Body does great work,they handled the warranty department and helped get my rav 4, rear door hinges fixed,and covered by Toyota warranty. This is a known problem for Toyota which they tried to cover up. Thank you guys so much!

These guys did an Awesome job! They kept in touch with me throughout the entire process! I was able to get truck back in about 10 business days! Staff was also very nice! I would definitely recommend!

They did a perfect job (replacing and painting the rear bumper) on my red 2023 Lariat a few days ago. Didn't know about them till State Farm offered me a few shops. Pick them up. Didn't regret it at all. They did an amazing job. Will choose them again. Thank you.

After calling multiple repair shops and hearing them being booked out until the end of the year or early next year, I stumbled across FNS. They were able to get me in two weeks from my estimate. They were thorough and explained everything. My repairs look great, they did a great job. Plus, everyone was warm and welcoming!Services: Painting
