Today we had one of the worst experiences shopping in the mall. We recently have been going thru a rough time with a death and we decided to go to the mall to kinda cheer up a little. Our toddlers were on one so we said hey let’s go return these shoes do a little shopping for one of their birthdays, get food at our favorite Thai place in the mall and get out of here. The store manager was completely rude about our return. She said they were worn and yes technically our son tried them on and walked around to see. They didn’t work out and back in the box they went. Which I figured was normal? If she would of had a completely different attitude and response instead of repeating “yes they were” over and over while laughing at us and said “hey this is why I think they were worn, we could definitely do an exchange. Would you like to look at other shoes?” this would have gone a completely different way. Instead we have to ship them back spent a long time on the phone and get a refund that way. The representative even agreed after seeing pictures they were fine. I said a few choice words and sadly we just left the mall and went home. I wish she simply just treated us better because we didn’t deserve to be treated otherwise.

Drove over to tricites today for my birthday went to the mall to check things out stopped in at footlocker at the Columbia center mall. was browsing around found some Nike red why n blue 4th of July looking sandals were marked Clarence for a penny 0.01 cents, I was skeptical and asked the gal if that was the correct price she went over to the register and confirmed they were only one penny I asked her what sizes she had available she told me just this one a size 6 I told her I would take them. She walked to that back like 10 mins go by I asked the other guy working if she maybe couldn’t find it he went back and “ looked “ for her and told me he didn’t know where she is. (Mind you they have head sets on and can communicate that way) 5 or so minutes go by I thought maybe she was just having a hard time finding the other sandal in the back so I’m being patient, he then comes to tell me the other gal working was going to look for her the other girl walks to the back I wait about another 10 mins all while im waiting with my infant child. he then comes up to me telling me the girl that went to originally get the sandals told him the sandals are going to cost me $70? I was like for some Nike slides they aren’t even $70 regular price I was like why in the world would they be $70 he’s then proceeds to tell me idk why could be because of the style I was like yeah ok for some basic Nike 4th of July lookin sandals that were clearly on Clarence for a penny when I first had asked for a price check. I told the guy nvm I’m not going to pay $70 for Nike slides have a good day as I walked out I stood out infront of footlocker for a minute and all the sudden the gal that was in the back (short skinny Hispanic gal with full face makeup long dark hair) goes up the the counter talking and laughing with the other gal working all while looking at me like “haha” I’m not sure what there intentions were if they wanted the sandals for dirt cheap or if they were trying to scam me or what but just wanted to give a heads up to inform and warn people what these workers are up to. (No good). Picture attatched of the sandals they were trying to rob me for $70.

We were treated absolutely horrible in this store today. Our first interaction with the store associate started it off. We explained the situation with the shoe and that we had driven an hour to return the shoes because the location in our home town turned into an outlet and wasnt accepting returns. the employee stated "well that's your problem. Here's your shoes step aside" . He turned to his cowroekd and said "I already text the manager she's said she's going to tell them the same thing" We waited 25 minutes for the manager. She told us she could not help us and that we needed to leave her store. We explained the situation with the defected shoe and that our home location sent us there to return them. She said that's not her problem and for us to leave and they can refuse to serve us. All of the employees in here were horrible. We went to champs and they called the footlocker store and said they had to accept the return. We went back to foot locker and the manager looked in my face and said she didn't receive any calls from champs. We were right there when they called. It's pretty bad when the chanps employees knew who we were talking about and that they received many complaints about that foot locker location. Needless to say this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I'm in contact with corporate and hope to shed light on this awful store.

Went looking for shoes for my son. We waited there for what seemed long. No one came to help they just all stood around looking at each other. Not paying attention to customers. Worst place ever !

The. Manager is a pain to deal with was judged going in there asked to leave for no good reason reporting to corporate said they would not sell me shoes had more then enough money choose to be the bigger person and walked out but won’t allow this kind of behavior to happen to others

Employees will NOT bother in notifying customers when their order arrives, 3 weeks will pass by and they dont think its courtesy to call and let them know package is in. Immature kids with no rules is obvious at footlocker in kennewick.

I love This place .One of the Associates had me laughing so hard..He knew his business for sure . My Son wanted a pair of shoes end up with three with this person helping him make better choices. That what I call a very good salesman. Most know it at the columbia center mall.
