Genesis is a gem! Matt is nice and knowledgeable, Moe in the office is so helpful and pleasant. I was beyond happy to find a place that services Toyotas and Lexus because I've been so disappointed in the dealerships here and in Hermiston. We took our Camry in for diagnostics, Matt said it was safe to drive (whew!!), and they sent us a text linking us to the invoices and estimates of the parts, labor, etc. So we know about how much it will cost to get the car up to snuff. No BS, just the facts, and we've had an awesome, easy experience so far. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Genesis Auto! Mark was extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable! I had a concern about one of the maintenance notifications that constantly pops up and told me to stop by so he can take a look at it. I really appreciated that no matter how busy he was he made time to take a look. Great customer service!!! I will be coming here for all my cars needs!! Thank you!

Needed valve job, they just adjusted the valves, saying didn't know how long it would last. Charged $800+. Valve dropped into cylinder, broke piston connecting rod and put hole in e

My family have used Genesis Auto since it's early years of being open. Over the last decade of owning my own vehicles, I have truly valued their work and dedication to honest and ethical service. They will tell you what your car actually needs instead of trying to sell you something just to make money. They will also give you feedback on suggestions other places have made which always feels like they truly care about you over their business. Their prices are also some of the best. I cannot confidently recommend anyone but these people.

My daughter had a problem with the door of her gas tank. The opening mechanism stuck and she could not open it. She called Genesis in the morning and I took it to them in the afternoon. Joshua helped me immediately and only charged me a small fee for the part. I appreciate this business and the new owners. I took our vehicles there previously and plan on continuing to give them my business in the future.

I've been taking our early 2000s Toyota Sienna to Genesis since I purchased it used in 2020. This team knows their stuff and are extremely professional. While not the cheapest in town, I have zero hesitations paying the crew at Genesis to keep my family's vehicle on the road. As much as I hate when the next 5,000 miles has rolled by and it's time to schedule an appointment, I secretly love going in and talking to the guys.
