Used to be a fantastic small local town field but now they’ve gotten so big they screw you over and treat you just like any large big bank and we have stopped using them.

I love banking with Gesa and they're usually amazing towards me but when I went to this specific branch I had the worst experience ever. The Branch Assistant Manager "assisted" me with a notary that I had messed up prior to arriving at the bank. Instead of treating me like a decent human being she belittled me and talked down to me like I was dumb. She became frustrated that the documents didn't have a notary box for her to sign (which was the dealerships fault not mine) but she took it out on me anyways like it was my fault they didn't include a box for her to stamp. She then said there was nothing she can do and I'd have to have them send me a brand new document which would've wasted time I didn't have. On my way out the door she said sarcastically "Have a great day! Maybe try Hapo. They do them for free." I, having worked in retail, could tell her snarky attitude was sarcastic and not sincere in the slightest. It's amazing that she's the banks Assistant and representative to the customer service department. She was belittling and assumed I was too poor. I ended up going to UPS store who was able to assist me with far better customer service despite costing me $20 for the notary. It was worth not having to deal with someone judging me. Maybe I should take my business to Hapo if that's how I'm going to be treated.

Literally the worst bank I’ve ever used. No one is on the same page. No one can answer the same question with the same answer. Just absolutely aweful customer service. Will be closing my account out completely and using hapo and Chase from now on.

This a very bad place to get a loan the interest are super high and you to have a 700 score or better to be able to get somewhat good rates

Why does it take 7 business day for things to clear in the account.... like bank to bank transfers.Never had any issues with my other bank to bank transfers. But for some reason it takes Gesa a very looonngg time to transfer money? ? Disappointing.

None of the machines are ever working so lines inside and outside are outrageous. Its not just one machine theyre all out at the same time.

Great passionate branch to work with in all departments. Ana Valencia has amazing track records working mortgage and is bilingual eng/spanish. It makes a huge difference to work with someone so knowledgeable and in the field for 15 years. Ricki Gillette also at this location has been a rock in the banking business for over 10 years, great manager and runs an amazing branch! Highly recommend!

The tellers are usually friendly but the wait times in line are ridiculous! I keep my checking accounts at a bank for this reason. I don't want to go to the credit union because it takes forever to do the simplest transactions. I can walk in and out of my bank in two minutes. Shout out to Key Bank!!!
