This was my first time at this Great Clips salon in Kennewick Washington. The staff were very friendly and professional and I was very pleased with my haircut. I will definitely continue to get my haircuts done here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a good haircut for a fair price.

Great staff, very knowledgeable. EDIT: I absolutely LOVE Amanda. I hadn’t had my hair cut in almost 6 years because every time it would be cut way shorter than I’d like. (I’m growing my hair out, it mattered.). But not Amanda, she was so wonderful. If you can, always nab her up. ❤️✂️

Kayla did both mine and my hubby’s haircuts and did exactly what we asked for (individually) and even shaped up his beard sides for my husband at no charge. She was super polite and listened to everything we wanted done. 10/10 will be coming back to her in the future. Paid $44 for both ($22 each) and hot coupons for $10 haircuts next time!

I had a terrible experience at this Great Clips. The stylist seemed completely untrained and inexperienced. She kept poking me in the ear with the clippers and didn’t seem to know how to handle the tools properly. The haircut was uneven, and she tried to hide how bad the back was by combing it a certain way. When I got home and styled it myself, I saw just how poorly it was done.
When I asked her to fix the front, she cut it in a way that made it look like bangs—something I didn’t ask for at all. This level of service is unacceptable.
Management needs to do a better job of ensuring their employees are properly trained and know how to give a decent haircut. Customers shouldn’t have to worry about leaving the salon embarrassed about how they look. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I had two different people cut.my hair and both times it was awful. I went back after the first time because of 9.99 coupon bit I'll never go back again. No one knows how to fade there.

The stylist was rough with my 14yo daughter and wouldn’t listen to her - even when she was crying in the chair. The stylist didn’t even finish the hair cut. We will never be back.
