If I could give a zero stars I would. Completely overpriced, no way to make an auto pay online, continuously asking for insurance cars drivers licenses. It is the biggest hassle I’ve ever gone through just to store my RV. But I feel like I have to use them because I’m in an HOA and they’re the closest to the house

I love this place when it was Hansen Park Storage but when Express took over it became a money grab. Plus the dirt blew straight in to our unit. Everything was coated in dirt. Plus they want you to prove you have insurance on your stuff. Anyone with a homeowners policy has coverage and I don’t feel it’s any of their business how much my house is insured for. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.

Called everyday and nobody ever there to pick up the phone. I need to deliver a garage and no one can listen to me. I have been at different times and nobody is there. I need to deliver it before the end of the month..

Have used this place for many years, one of the few places to store heavy oversized work vehices (think RV size) with easy and reliable 24 hour access in Kennewick. Used one of the larger storage units and one of the mid size units for a couple years and had no problems, they supplied the locks. I received an email recently that there are new owners. I would suggest that they look into their website, as Google search indicates that it maybe hacked (appears that online gambling pages are inserted throughout website).
